- JJJesse Jacobson3 days ago1.0I specified loudly in the drive through that I wanted a NON CAFFEINATED strawberry lemonade. They were for my kids, one of which is only 2. Non caffeinated Lemonade is a completely normal reasonable request. It's lemonade not coffee. People have heart conditions. Little kids shouldn't have caffeine. This is a donut shop that happens to serve coffee. I stated non caffeinated TWICE in the drive through. When I pulled around they handed me my drinks and I asked a THIRD TIME. "Just making sure, these are non caffeinated?" The lady looked confused "um no those have caffeine" I was unhappy because I stated this 2x at the order station..I stated I said I wanted non caffeinated. She calls over a second person who explains the strawberry syrup has the caffeine in it already. (That's really unacceptable but I understand that not her problem) This COULD have been explained when I asked the first 3 times. If you don't KNOW if something has caffeine in, it is WRONG to ignore this when handing it to the person who asked you three freaking times. The second lady asked if I wanted a regular lemonade. I said yes. I waited. The first lady just stood there blank faced and asked me "so....do you you want the regular lemonades" At this point I'm super annoyed...I'm like yes already said I want the non caffeinated Lemonade. It was like talking to a wall.

When I came around to the window there was a new guy I didn’t even have my window fully rolled down and he was shoving my bag and coffee into my window. I grabbed the bag then stopped and said I didn’t order that (a black iced coffee) he said “yes you did”. Then proceeded to shove it into my window. I said again I didn’t order that or it was a mistake he repeated “yes you did” I came inside explained and the nice girl who is usually in the window fixed it with no issue. I got back to work opened my food and my sandwich was missing the chipotle aoli sauce I paid extra for. Overall that dude needs to learn better customer service or get a different job. Totally ruined my weekend morning routine and my coffee.

Now, it seems to be run by a new group of teens and I'm not sure who the manager is. Service is ok, but the coffee sucks. I had to go in twice to have it remade because the taste was bitter. I tried calling to let them know this has been an ongoing issue, but no one answers the phone. I've also noticed their health score has dropped to an 84.
