  Late night dinner. Asked for 2 double cheeseburgers at drive thru. Waited several minutes for someone to answer to even take order. Gave us our order when I looked in bag we had 2 fish sandwiches. Drove back around. Was told they did not have any cheese burgers. We took sandwiches which we're 2 pcs of fish on the bun and we're overcooked. These kids just we're a joke. Need to know how to take better care of there customers.

  The customer service here is absolutely horrible. She gave me a receipt that you could not even read and when I asked her to reprint me one that was legible, she claimed that none of the printers in the entire restaurant worked. So I did call corporate about it and they're going to be investigating at this coming week and I decided to call the restaurant back and talk to them. When I called the restaurant back come to find out every single telephone number for every McDonald's in Spalding County is disconnected and no longer in service. That is actually a violation against the health department and businesses in Spalding County when you have a restaurant. So the health department will be hearing from me this coming week as well.

  Has management changed? Long lines inside and at drive on. Waited 10 min and still got a COLD burger and wimpy but hot fries! The worst.

  If you want bad service with an attitude go to this location. The food is never hot or fresh like the location on Taylor.
