At the window, the employee confirmed strawberry cream cheese, but handed me a cold bagel. I returned it and clarified that I requested it toasted. I was then given another bagel that was at least warm, but it was loaded with an excessive amount of plain cream cheese—so much that it was completely inedible and not what I ordered. At that point, I had to drive back and request a full refund. What made the situation worse was the manager’s response. Instead of addressing the issue with understanding, they appeared frustrated that I was upset, which only added to the negative experience. This is not the level of service I’ve received here in the past, but this experience was significant enough to warrant a review. I strongly recommend checking your order before leaving the window.

I went there but the most recent time I went my order was wrong and it got me and my friend who went with me both sick. I hope this location can get back to how it was because I will not be going back for a while until it is.
