I was viciously cursed by a manager, and 2 staff for telling them their hair was in my food. My refund was processed immediately but I had to use energy and language I had no intention on using on that call. I had to throw the entire pizza in the trash. All I wanted was my food. This is a place I would NEVER patronize again.

My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. There was no knock, no call, and no sign that any delivery attempt was actually made. When I contacted the store, I was not initially even asking for a refund—I simply wanted the order remade or properly delivered. From the very beginning of the call, the person I spoke with, who identified himself as the manager, was rude, dismissive, and condescending. He repeatedly told me to “contact corporate” if I had an issue and made no real effort to resolve the situation. During a previous call, the manager also hung up on us. In the most recent call, he again ended the conversation abruptly instead of addressing the issue. At no point did I use any foul language or speak disrespectfully. I remained calm and respectful throughout both interactions. The explanation given for the delivery issue was inconsistent and unhelpful. The manager repeatedly referenced the color of my house and insisted that because the driver said the house was yellow, the order must have been delivered correctly. However, there are two yellow houses in the area, and this was not properly investigated. He also refused to contact the delivery driver again to confirm details or clarify what actually happened. When we tried to explain additional factors that could help verify the delivery location, he dismissed them and insisted the driver was correct without any further review. Additionally, claims were made about neighbors or people being outside at the time of delivery, which is not accurate. Overall, the situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner, with no real attempt to resolve a missing order. I have since escalated the issue and disputed the charge with my bank for an order that was never received. I would strongly caution others about this location based on my experience.
