Arrived and it’s 8 cars or more in the pickup line - which is designed for orders that are READY for pickup. However, this chipotle handled it like a drive through and allowed cars that orders were not ready to sit in line instead of having them pull to the side. Been waiting for 15 minutes so far - and there are still 3 cars in front of me. Find another location if you can.

But I have to give it to Chipotle, this chips were delicious. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. The customer service was great and my order was ready when I arrived at the drive through window. Great job Chipotle!

Treat everyone the same.
