It’s not every day you come across someone who makes a quick drive-thru stop feel like a positive part of your day, but Craig did exactly that. He was patient, professional, and made sure everything was right with my order. Big thanks to Craig for making the experience memorable I’ll definitely be back! Craig needs a raise!

I ordered fried chicken, and not a single napkin was included with my meal. I had to go back and ask for one. Serving fried chicken without providing napkins should never happen. On top of that, the cashier was not friendly at all. She seemed like she didn't want to be there, and there was no greeting, smile, or effort to provide good customer service. Good food can only go so far when the service experience is lacking. I hope management addresses the customer service issues because the food deserves better representation.
