    Why would ask me if I want a different type of fries and I say no just throw regular fries that come with the meals and they give me gross old crinkle cut fries. I came to Arby's for curly fries that's their most popular item. Then when I ask for bronco berry sauce they give me horse radish on 2 seperate occasions.

    My favorite fast food has really gone downhill. The once fabulous chicken salad is gross. The shakes have down sized. The roast beef tastes nothing like it used to either. No longer offer wraps.

    It's Saturday July 11, the man at the counter was rude and obnoxious . We won't be coming back . This was the final straw after we always order double meat and cheese and we either don't get the extra meat or no cheese . The store needs to get it together
