  I was so excited to have this location open up as I always went to hudson bridge. I have been daily trying to support the new location but drinks are never right, its so unorganized. Workers are screaming at each other. I get their new but where are the trainers? They should have people who know how to run 7 brew helping at each station to make sure things go smooth. Hudson bridge was not chaotic like this when they opened. I will not be back and will continue to go to Hudson bridge since this location lacks organization. Hopefully someone will come teach these employees correctly before tt hey run off others

  Been there. Done that. Got the shirt. They brought us samples to my work before they opened. Which were phenomenal. So since they were gracious enough to bring samples and pass out flyers. I tried it out on their first swag Saturday. I got there at 5:45 Am and already they were causing a traffic jam. There's really no visible way to pull in their drive through with your car. All the visible entrances were blocked off with cones. So I parked near by and walked up. Upbeat techno music blasting over a PA system. Got my ice coffee. Got my shirt. It was good. But I don't think it was as good as the samples. Or maybe I was just overjoyed by the free coffee. But anyway. Nothing bad to say. But way to much traffic and overstimulation before 6 am. And Way way way to much traffic to just swing by for a coffee on the way to work. Even if you worked 10 minutes away you'd have to leave an hour early to get your coffee and make it to work on time. Good coffee. Great staff. But that's a one and done for me.

  I’m so excited there’s finally a 7Brew closer to me than Macon! I came today for a free shirt and the coffee was amazing as usual, everyone was so sweet, Jaiden played rock, paper, scissors with me while we waiting for my drink, Ariel kept me updated on my drink (as it did take a few minutes, but it was busy and everyone is new so it’s fine) and Kyra was the best, always having a smile even though it’s 7 in the morning on a Saturday. All in all an amazing store and I’m so excited to be coming back again!!

  Love 7Brew but holy crap do these workers need to be taught how to get their orders right. The wait time can be excused because they are new, but it can't be excused when there workers somehow have no idea where to deliver the drinks and only give me my drinks after passing my car 6 times. I didn't realize what had happened til after I left, but the worker had given my drinks to the car behind me, took them back, and then gave them to me. On top of that, the drinks were melted by that point. These teens are acting like this is the first day in their life that they've had to think. I was so excited that 7brew was coming to Griffin, but I hope for their sake that they fix all of these issues otherwise it's not going to last.

  So I did love my drink but I love sweet, I got the cinnamon roll with cold foam and it was amazing, my husband got a macchiato iced with caramel and that was too sweet according to him, when we get it at other places it normally isn’t that sweet, and then to top it off my cousin got a iced matcha, which at first they rang up as a smoothie but thankfully they were able to switch that pretty quickly no questions asked which was great, another thing that kind of bothered me is that there was what looked like a whole bunch of teenagers everywhere; to be completely honest it does not look like an organized chaos. I think less people would be better, I don’t imagine you need that many hands for two lanes. I think I saw like 2 at ordering, 3-4 people manning each drive thru at pick up, one person just observing them and like 10 people inside. It was complete chaos. Maybe get an adult to supervise? I’d like to come back and try other drinks, I just don’t think my OCD will allow me to wait in that chaos. Oh, also $35 for 5 drinks is pretty amazing I thought.
