  Was driving through griffin last week and spotted the new 7 Brew. It was very hot outside and I was wanting something to cool me down. I’ve had an energy chiller before and was going to get another one. Alli M. approached my vehicle with a smile and a good afternoon! I told her I wanted an energy chiller to cool down. She said how about one of our milkshakes? I said I wasn’t aware that 7 brew had milkshakes. Alli M. said yes sir we do and then gave a detailed description of each one. Saying the cookies and cream was her personal favorite. I responded with “Sold” cookies and cream it is! Alli M. took my payment and told me to enjoy the milkshake and the rest of my day. Alli ‘s knowledge of the menu and friendly customer service has earned 7 brew a customer for life!

  I live in Atlanta and drink 7 Brew all the time, but today I was working in Griffin and decided I needed an afternoon pick-me-up. WOW! This was hands down one of the best drinks I’ve had from 7 Brew yet! I’m pretty particular about my drinks and always have several special requests, but they absolutely nailed every single one. My drink was exactly what I wanted and tasted amazing! The entire staff was wonderful so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. But I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Landin! His customer service was absolutely top-tier. He went above and beyond and made the whole experience even better. When I’m working in Griffin again, I’ll definitely be stopping by this location. Great drinks and even better service!

  One of the employees tried to bully and be mean to me before I even got in the parking lot as she was directing traffic line was super long very rudely got told to go around did exactly as was told with no issues as she proceeded to let the 3 cars behind me pull in the line and not drive around she then proceeded to be mean to me again after I drove around the building like I was told and I attempted to pull in the line where she blocked me in took pictures of my license plate and then proceeded to tell me she was calling the police mind you I never said anything to her other than it was completely fine for me to drive around I even asked another worker what I needed to do so I did the right thing after blocking me in she then proceeded to tell me it was an hour wait in the line anyway . And continued to act even crazier refusing to let me leave cause atp I’m not dealing with it anymore all over again $5 drink is honestly crazy had it been anyone else she could have gotten hurt frl I hate that I had this experience because any other time I’ve been they were nothing but super sweet. I don’t know why I was the only car being picked on and the only customer that wasn’t allowed in the line I was waiting patiently like everyone else was ! Super sad about the overall experience

  Don’t ever come during a promotion. It’s 9/7 and we arrived at 0910. Was in line for 20 min when they came out and said we would have to go around because we (along with at least 8 more cars) were blocking the street. Did a mobile order so just went to window. 20 min waited for me to finally complain to get order taken, they took the mobile order. Now 34 min later, still waiting for drinks. Every car that is waiting hasn’t been here as long as we have. Edit. Got 2 drinks finally at 1041. 1 drink ordered supposed to have whipped cream and did not have. Both drinks very bland.

  This would’ve been my 6th time At this new location in Griffin. The first few times weren’t great Even though the service was pretty good. I would say my last time was the only decent coffee I’ve had which was a sugar-free banana bread Blondie and that made me feel like they redeemed themselves. I pulled into the drive-through roughly around 10:25 on 8/30/26 and was in line around 3-5 minutes before a young, white male worker with a green shirt and braces (and brown hair) walked out. He went to the shortest line which made no sense to me while I still had not had my order taken along with the other two cars behind me. I proceeded to let my window down and politely told him that I was next, and I had not had my order taken, he said, huh? And then I repeated myself and with a nasty, clipped attitude, he said, “that doesn’t matter, I’m in this lane.“ not to mention, there was not one single employee in the 3-5 minutes that I waited that was taking orders and they sent him/he chose to go to the shortest line which put me back another 5-10 minutes. I will not be visiting this location anymore and would give 1/5 stars if I had to choose.
