  We placed an online order. I went to pick it up and the attendant began telling me they were out of the sides we ordered and some of the chicken. He was making a couple of the sandwiches we ordered but I told him to cancel since he didn't have the rest of the food. I asked for a refund but was told he couldn't do that and I'd need to call the owner. I called the number on the receipt multiple times and got voicemail every time. I've requested a call back and confirmation of a refund for food that we never got but haven't heard anything back from anyone. Went to the Krispy Krunchy Chicken corporate site and they were no help, saying to contact the owner/operator. I would not recommend.

  My husband and I were driving through and we stopped here. The attendants were very friendly, very welcoming. Got some chicken. Used the restroom and it is so clean and well maintained. Gas prices are competitive. We know where to pull in the next time we're through this part of town!

  Always great food here! Catch them when they first put food out at 10:30 fresh is always good! Only Con is this location is near a highschool and it’s always crowded being that the restaurant is inside a store, kids are always everywhere, you may trip over a backpack on the floor, I don’t think they should allow kids to loiter
