  Highly disappointed in the downfall of Chipotle. It’s like y’all just don’t care anymore. Popping up too many new stores with poor quality. Ordered a steak x2 bowl for pick up well before closing. Received overly cooked steak with under cooked rice? How is that edible? Messaged with the chat bot on the app with no resolution to the issue. Food is too expensive to do people like that. I’ll just stick with Willy’s and qdoba at this point.

  This is now the second time I’ve had an issue with this location’s mobile drive-thru service. I placed a mobile order for a bowl with extra Honey Chipotle Chicken, which I paid extra for. When I arrived, the manager appeared to be handling the mobile orders. I ended up waiting 26 minutes before anyone even opened the drive-thru window to ask for my order. I actually set a timer because the wait was so excessive. After finally receiving my food, I checked my bowl before leaving because of my previous experience at this location. Sure enough, there was barely any Honey Chipotle Chicken in the bowl, despite paying for extra. The last time this happened, I was told I needed to point it out before leaving. This time, I did exactly that. I showed the manager the bowl and explained that this was not an extra portion of chicken and that I wanted the extra chicken I paid for. She asked for my receipt, looked at both the receipt and the bowl, and still insisted that what I received was “extra” Honey Chipotle Chicken. I had to repeatedly explain that it clearly was not and essentially had to argue just to receive the portion I had already paid for. Customers should not have to wait nearly half an hour, inspect their food at the window because they can’t trust the portions, and then debate with staff just to get what they purchased. This has happened more than once, and it’s disappointing that paying extra for an item has become something I have to fight for.

  The food literally has no taste and my son only eats rice and beans from there.. they barely took up a full scoop of rice and beans so i asked for more.. get to the register and they’re charging for 4-5 sides? what? i literally only got rice and beans, wouldn’t that be TWO sides? .. since when do Chipotle charge for extra rice and beans? when other people in there get a chicken or steak bowl and got extra rice I didn’t see them being charged with extra rice when they get a extra scoop. Yeah.. i’m never coming back here.. that’s the ONLY chipotle that charges extra for rice and beans which is CRAZY!

  It really shouldn’t be that hard to wrap a burrito correctly.. not only is my burrito completely open on one side but it’s also not covered by foil.

  That lady at the cashier....the fact that she went out of her way to show me that she didn't want us there with the way she treated us and our food was what drove me to check the reviews on this place. I wished I had known earlier so that I didn't waste my time going at all. I can usually ignore bad attitude, but that was so bad that it actually managed to piss me off. Please do not waste your time on this place. I know I and nobody else in my family is ever going there again.
