Just placed a delivery order, asked for extra chicken. Paid close to twice as much as I would’ve in store. Then the food gets here… I shit you not, there was about 3 pieces of chicken in the bowl. Don’t order delivery…

I placed an online order for a kids taco meal with queso cheese and everything on the side, which was listed as an option in the app. My mother picked up the order for me. When she got to the window, she also asked for extra sides that were separate from my meal order. The employees began speaking in Spanish to one another and reluctantly gave her some of the extra sides, but they did not give her all of the extra sides she requested.
When my mother brought the food home, I noticed that everything — including the queso cheese — had been placed directly on the taco instead of being placed on the side as ordered. Because of this mistake, I rode back to the store with my mother to have the issue corrected.
When we explained the problem, the manager was rude and stated that she would “only do it this one time.” We explained that the order was placed exactly how the app allowed it to be placed. She said it did not matter and that she was not going to do it again. We asked how customers are supposed to order online if the restaurant will not prepare the order according to the options listed online.
The manager became frustrated and said she was not making anything and was not giving a refund. I had to contact customer service myself. During the interaction, she threw the taco at my car window and walked away. She also refused to provide her name when asked.
Another young man came to the window and tried to help us. He said he was actually off the clock, but he still helped me contact customer service through the chat on my phone so I could request a refund. He was helpful and professional.
The manager also told us that we should not order online and that we needed to come inside instead. I am ill and unable to come inside, which is why ordering online and using the drive-thru is important for me.
This situation was very upsetting, unprofessional, and unacceptable, especially from a manager .

Horrible onsite customer service. On a To-Go Build Your Own chicken taco, they FORGOT THE CHICKEN. 🤦🏾♀️ We went home, had to drive all the way back for them to fix, and didn’t even receive an apology. Thank goodness phone customer service sent a credit. Please train your staff on quality and customer service.

Completely unacceptable and honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Chipotle. My order could not have been simpler—a burrito bowl with ½ honey chicken, ½ regular chicken, brown rice, and shredded cheese—but after waiting over 30 minutes, what I received was completely wrong and carelessly thrown together (see photo). There was zero attention to accuracy or quality.
The service was even worse than the food. When I attempted to add chips and queso, I was rudely told I’d have to wait until all online orders were completed—clearly showing that in-store customers are treated as an afterthought. Most concerning, when I asked for the name of the employee who said she was the manager, I was told, “I don’t have to tell you my name.” That level of disrespect and lack of accountability from a supposed manager is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious breakdown in leadership at this location.
Based on the consistently low ratings here, it’s obvious this is not an isolated incident but a pattern of poor service and mismanagement. Corporate needs to take a serious look at what’s happening at this store—because this location is damaging the brand. I strongly urge anyone considering this location to take their business elsewhere unless they’re prepared for long waits, incorrect orders, and unprofessional behavior.

Asked for a bowl with just white rice and black beans and they charged me a veggie bowl price and when I told them it’s just white rice and black beans they told me it was for asking for more rice because the server was light handed with the amount, so ridiculous
