  Today, went in around 3:30pm. Steak at the bottom of silver container only few and dry. Was told they are not making any more because she is busy with something else. Latinos in there are rude to black people. Service and food gone down hill in the last two years. Disgusting.

  I always order through the app and pick up through the drive thru. This lovely lady who is at the window preparing orders is always kind and smiling. It’s the first time I go through and I am received with good service at the window. Her name is Claribel and my food was exceptional. Thank you Claribel and keep up the good work!

  My Wife and I placed an online order at the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Grayson, GA. Pickup time was 6:50 PM on Sunday, September 13th, 2026. When we got home, our order had little to no chicken in it. The order was right under $40.00. We returned to the restaurant. We arrived at 7:10 PM and asked to speak with the manager about the order. We met with Natalie. We showed her our bowls. Natalie "picked" through our food and told us the order was correct. We felt scammed. We asked for a refund or for Natalie to fix the order. It was unacceptable how rude and dismissive she became. Natalie refused help and began arguing with my Wife. She told us to leave or she would call the police. We asked to speak with the General Manager, Saidy Mosqueda. Natalie continued to dismiss us. Natalie eventually calls someone on her cellphone then tells us that Saidy Mosqueda, the GM, does not speak English. Saidy would not speak with us. Natalie continues the conversation in Spanish. We were never able to speak with anyone. As paying customers, we were being disrespected, dismissed, and threatened. My Wife and I are educators. We would never risk our careers over something as simple as chicken portions. We waited on the police because Natalie has a habit of calling police on disgruntled customers. We believe Natalie used the police as a scare tactic. We are African American parents, Natalie's actions felt very discriminatory, excessive, and unprofessional. Google Reviews of this location show that Natalie, who is pictured on one review, has a habit of calling police on customers with online order issues. This is unacceptable. We chose to wait for the police. We explained the issue once they arrived. At that point, our food was behind the register, open, and cold. We wanted our food but I would not reach over the register to retrieve it. Natalie refused to repack our items until the officers directed her to. If the GM does not speak English, or refuses to help customers, this location is not being managed well at all. I am requesting contact from a Field Leader or someone from the Chipotle Mexican Grill organization. The police were helpful and gave us a case number to follow up with Natalie's information. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Chipotle in Grayson needs to address this. Calling police on people who want professional customer service, is not a crime. We will never return.

  Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. It took 15 minutes just to order and pay, only to discover they were completely out of sweet tea. When I asked for a simple drink refund, the manager lsnapped that she was "too busy with timed orders" to help. After waiting nearly15 minutes while my food got cold, I asked to refund the entire meal. The manager still refused to provide service. Finally, after another 5 minutes she came to the register but refused to process it unless I walked over to the table to hand-deliver the food directly into her hands. When I called out her rude behavior, she outright refused to issue my refund at all. She also refused to give me her name. She said it was on the card. I had no idea what card she was referring to. I was forced to call the police, who informed me it was a corporate matter. I walked out with zero food and no refund. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting this store to corporate immediately. Avoid this location at all costs.
