  I’ve been going to this Chipotle for over a year and every time I’ve had the opportunity to get my food from there, I’ve always had a good experience with both the food and service. The coworkers are very polite as well as the management, and also very professional. I recommend this chipotle location to everyone; and for them to understand that they are not the only customer the store has.. patience also comes from the customer to get a better service! I will for sure be coming back to this store for a very long time. 💯✅

  I came here to write a review about the staff and then I saw a picture of the lady who was rude and had terrible customer service in Shacondria’s post. I echo everything she said. Disappointing

  Just left this Grayson, Ga location and the food was subpar at best and the service was TRASH! I walked in and the employees (3) saw me, but did not greet me at all. After standing there for about 3 minutes a young Hispanic girl with dark hair came over to me. Still no hello, no smile and she didn't ask "What would you like". I greeted her with "Hello" and proceeded with my order which was a burrito. I asked her to spread sour cream over the soft tortilla FIRST and she dumped it in the middle. I asked her AGAIN to spread it and she swayed the tortilla from side to side which did nothing. For the 3rd time I asked her to please spread it with the SAME spoon she used to dump it in the middle with. She sighed, grabbed the spoon and hurriedly spread it on, mind you I WAS NOT HOLDING UP THE LINE, I WAS THEIR FIRST AND ONLY CUSTOMER APPARENTLY...We finally made it to the register, she lackadaisically gave my total and proudly said my card declined the purchase, WHICH IT DID NOT, I told her the machine still said "processing"and it finally said "approved"...She stuffed my burrito in a bag and immediately walked off. No "Thanks or have a good day". I even called the manager over to explain how indifferent the girl was and her response was no better. If you enjoy mediocre food with horrible customer service then head on over to Chipotle in Grayson, Ga.! Btw, Loganville's location is FAR BETTER and its about a 10 minute drive from this dump...Don't take my word, READ ALL OF THE OTHER REVIEWS...

  Person fixing my burrito bowl was doing so as if getting it done very quickly was her only care and it wasn't crowded. Reminded me of someone feeding a pig in a sty. Just slip it in there. Very obvious she'd rather be anywhere else. Not rude but not giving a crap either. Person closing the bowl didn't do it right. We got home with the bag soak and wet. Nice! I should have checked the reviews b4 stopping here. The chips they charge for were stale and too salty.

  Good food portions. Flavorful. Fast service. Only complaint was food was cold when I got home and I only live 7 minutes away.
