  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The pictures speak for themselves. I don’t understand why some Venezuelan restaurants start out well and then, over time, their quality goes downhill so badly. Unfortunately, based on my experience today, Zuarepa in Gainesville is a perfect example. I ordered breakfast, and what I received was extremely disappointing. The café con leche came with literally HALF A CUP, no foam, extremely watery, and tasted terrible. The arepa arrived completely open and poorly presented. The meat inside tasted reheated, was tough, dry, and had such a bad flavor that I ended up leaving almost the entire breakfast untouched. And you don’t have to take my word for it I’M ATTACHING THE PHOTOS. Look at the coffee, look at the arepa, and look at how much food I left on the plate because I simply couldn’t eat it. The restaurant was practically EMPTY of customers, yet there were flies everywhere while I was trying to eat. To make matters worse, the person serving me had a poor attitude and acted as if helping a customer was an inconvenience. And the prices? WAY TOO HIGH for the quality of the food, presentation, and service I received. I have absolutely no problem paying higher prices when the food and service justify it, but paying these prices for this level of quality is ridiculous. I definitely WILL NOT BE BACK. If you’ve never been here, I personally wouldn’t waste my time or money. If you already know this place, think twice before coming back. I left almost the entire breakfast sitting on the table. They can throw it away or eat it themselves because I certainly couldn’t. Bad food, terrible presentation, awful coffee, poor service, high prices, and flies inside the restaurant. One star because Google doesn’t allow zero. Photos attached. See for yourself and draw your own conclusions. Español: PÉSIMO. Las fotos hablan por sí solas. No sé por qué algunos negocios de comida venezolana empiezan bien y después de un tiempo desmejoran de esta manera. Zuarepa en Gainesville, en mi experiencia de hoy, llegó a un nivel realmente decepcionante. Pedí un desayuno y lo que recibí fue lamentable. El café con leche llegó con apenas MEDIA TAZA, sin espuma, completamente aguado y con muy mal sabor. La arepa llegó abierta y con una presentación terrible. La carne del relleno estaba recalentada, tiesa y con un sabor tan malo que terminé dejando prácticamente todo el desayuno servido. Y no tienen que creer solamente en lo que estoy escribiendo: ADJUNTO LAS FOTOS. Vean ustedes mismos el café, la presentación de la arepa y cómo quedó el desayuno prácticamente completo porque no pude comérmelo. El local estaba prácticamente vacío de clientes, pero había una cantidad de moscas increíblemente molesta mientras intentaba desayunar. Para completar la experiencia, la persona que atendía tenía una actitud desagradable y parecía atender sin ninguna gana. ¿Y los precios? Carísimos para la calidad de comida, presentación y servicio que recibí. No tengo ningún problema en pagar caro cuando la comida y la atención lo justifican, pero pagar estos precios para recibir esto me parece absurdo. Definitivamente NO REGRESO. Si nunca han ido, yo no perdería ni mi tiempo ni mi dinero. Y si ya conocen el lugar, piénsenlo muy bien antes de volver. Ahí les dejé el desayuno prácticamente completo. Que lo boten o se lo coman ellos, porque yo no pude. Mala comida, pésima presentación, café terrible, mala atención, precios altos y moscas en el local. Una estrella porque Google no permite poner cero. Las fotos están adjuntas. Saquen ustedes sus propias conclusiones.

  Service wasn’t great, food was okay, didn’t like MOLD ice in my drink. Although the place was clean, we weren’t attended very well since the lady up front was talking on the phone the entire time. She did answer a few customer calls, but otherwise she was talking via her earbud. We decided to try the food anyway. The menu on the big screen had photos, but the paper menus didn’t. You had to read and look QUICK on the screen before it switched to the next slide—it was annoying since we relied on the photos bc we weren’t familiar with the food. We ordered. As we waited, we were thirsty, so we asked for our drinks. I’m not sure why they weren’t provided right away, but we got fountain drinks with ice. The drinks tasted AWFUL. I got a gross aftertaste each sip I took. We came to the conclusion that it must have been due to a moldy ice machine since it tasted like bacteria. The food was okay. It had a Mayo-type sauce all over it so it hit kind of heavy. Overall, I’m not sure if the stomachaches were from the few sips of the drink, the fatty food, or both. It was not worth it.

  We left without eating There were no customers in the place. one person was picking up takeout. The rude girls at the counter acted like they didn’t have time for us, so we left.

  Me gusto la comida muy rica , me Encanta la decoration muy Bella las fotos con bellos messages positives pero la musica videos muy inappropriate , seria perfecto si varian la musica mas apropiada por la family ( ninos )
