  Where the zero star at? Shouldn’t even be a one star. Been back over and over and over again just to be disappointed. I’ve been patient. Now I’m done. I use the WB app to order my food so I can just pick it up and not have to wait for wait times. Starting to seem like that is a bad idea. Orders come out wrong over 80% which include an order like a double wb cheeseburger only to find out it’s a single or when you look forward to your apple pie med fries and double wb cheese jr burger and only get the small fries and no apple pie. I love love love Whataburger but here in Georgia is crummy. They don’t do the actually Texas whataburger they just name here only. Burger King Wendy’s and possibly McDonald’s got a better shot than this. I’ve only had problems here back to back and now I’m retiring the idea of ever going back to whataburger in GA. They not good food (mostly in my case) and they super pricy and they left either wrong or missing items. Next time I go to whataburger, it’ll be the real deal, in Texas. Never been disappointed there. Here, I give them credit for trying but I’ve had so much better and for cheaper money. I’m absolutely disgusted with this place. Maybe needs a major reboot button. Any folk still happily continue going to whataburger, if you put in a to go order via the app or go through the drive thru, I STRONGLY check your order before you leave. They mess up a lot.

  I had a disappointing experience during my visit. Jack came across as rude and unprofessional, didn’t seem interested in helping customers, and made the interaction feel rushed. Customer service can make a big difference, and I hope the staff receives additional training so future visits are more welcoming.

  The restaurant was super clean and tidy, there was no sign of any grime or any trash from previous customers. Our cashier, Noah, did a phenomenal job taking our order and made the process super streamlined and stress free. The food was great, no complaints there either.

  This place is amazing I’ve been coming here for 3 months and the food is always made the right way the food is allways fresh and ready to eat I would recommend this spot to anybody who loves fast food and loves their food, nice and hot and ready when it comes out within five minutes and noah does a amazing job of what he does

  Ordered milkshakes with our meals. they got one flavor wrong, gave us the right flavor but told us to keep the other. Neither milkshake was frozen but the employee waited till we got them to tell us. Got home to put them in the freezer, and after waiting till they froze, tried to drink one and it wasn’t frozen, and wasn’t mixed. The bottom of the cup still had the chocolate syrup
