  if you want your food made correctly and want good customer service DO NOT COME HERE AFTER 6 PM. The night shift crew is always outside when I pull in, they don’t greet you at all, they will look straight at you in the drive through and keep being on their phone or having side conversations. When ever they mess up your food they act like you just go around to restaurants complaining LIKE TONIGHT ordered all supreme tacos not only did it take about 20 minutes to get the tacos none of them were supreme. Food is too high to not get what you paid for and get treated like a burden for ordering food which causes them to do their job that they are being paid to do… they lady with the moles is very sweet and does a great job but sadly she only works in the day time. A TEAM MEETING NEED TO BE HAD ASAP.

  the slowest face good place in gainesville & the food don’t even been warm. I’ve been in the drive thru 20 minutes and im still at the speaker & you cant even get out the drive thru so you’re just stuck.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. The lack of ingredients and meat on our items was appalling! I can’t make it up when I say we felt as if we were eating tortillas with lettuce on them and the Crunchwrap’s didn’t have but a few shreds of even lettuce. The chicken nuggets were so hard and overcooked. I know it was late night but this is unacceptable and almost like it was done on purpose.

  Multiple items wrong or missing with a simple order. Given the “manager” on duty and another employee on the clock were both outside smoking weed, disregarding the employees inside working and trying to keep pace for operations, I could have been worse. Seems as if paying extra for the “upgrades” is an absolute wait of money here. Save your money and time. At least the guy they were talking to got to drive around the lot a few times as we left. It stands to reason that this location cares nothing about the job or the establishment in any shape or form, as evident by their cavalier attitude and open conduct. Drive somewhere else, you’ll burn more fuel but you might get what you paid for and in less time
