Ordered online with pickup time being ready at 8:15pm. Arrived at 8:19pm to be told it would be at least another 30 mins minimal due to have 40 plus orders placed.
Originally had a 50 minute wait time at 7:20pm to be given an additional “30” minutes extra.
Update: Order was messed up employee offered to remake. Took an additional 20 mins. Staff was great and nice and appeared to be working to get orders taken care of. I’m assuming because of his uniform but no name tag. White Male in Red Shirt and Red Hat refused to give me a refund due to his feelings being hurt because I thanked his staff for their hard work but advised him that he had not been doing anything but it making excuses.
To that single individual, I hope you learn something from your staff. They owned their mistakes, apologized, and continued to work to help their customers. I did not see you lift a finger to help them make orders but continue to make excuses why y’all stayed behind. Maybe if you worked with them to get caught up you’d stop making excuses. I’m sorry you took it personal but maybe look in the mirror and see that you might be the problem not the amount of orders that came in.

I drove an hour to share a nostalgic childhood experience with my family, but it turned into an incredibly upsetting ordeal.
When we walked in, the front counter was empty, the room was abandoned, and the food bar was bare. We waited for several minutes with a hungry, fussy toddler. I tried waving from the front counter to get the attention of employees in the back, but one made eye contact and completely ignored me. Unsure of what to do, I stepped slightly closer to the kitchen area simply to ask if the buffet was open.
Instead of helping, a tall, heavily-built white male employee approached me with extreme aggression, yelling at me to never get close to his kitchen. I tried to explain that we were ignored at the front and just needed assistance. Instead of de-escalating, he ordered me to leave. Shocked and confused by this absurd treatment, I initially refused, which caused him to threaten to call the police. The interaction was so hostile that my wife walked away, fearing the man was going to physically fight me.
We left stressed, hungry, and with a crying child. To make matters worse, I called the store afterward to ask for the manager on shift, and the employee on the phone refused to provide that information. The extreme aggression from this staff member was completely uncalled for, and the lack of management transparency is highly concerning. Avoid this establishment

This was the worst buffet ever. No pizza out. What was out was old . We had to ask for more to be brought out and then we were told that they were backed up! They also no longer serve tea, they had no salt and pepper. The lettuce was brown on the salad bar. No Caesar dressing. The list goes on and on but what really got me was only 1 restroom with a lock on it. The cashier had to leave her station and let you in the bathroom in between ringing up to go orders. You were also expected to clean off your own table and the dirty dish basket was running over. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza but this place is an embarrassment to Pizza Hut. Our party of 7 will not be back.

This Pizza Hut is a joke. We walked in at 12:45pm for the all you can eat lunch buffet. We were there for over 45 minutes and only one pizza was on the bar . It wasn’t fresh.. After waiting nearly 30 minutes only two pizzas were brought to the buffet to serve over 20 people. Everything was dry , like it had been sitting out. The lettuce was wilted on the salad bar. There were no tomatoes ,nor did the restaurant have salt or pepper available. You were expected to clean your own table, however the tubs to put dirty dishes were overflowing. After speaking with the manager, he stated they were backed up and that pizza would be coming out soon.🤦♀️ This wasn’t worth the $35 I paid.**Update- I received my refund.

Let me start by saying that the food was good. No issue there. However, the experience wasn't what I expected at all. I wasn't aware Pizza Hut still had resteraunts with dining rooms anymore, so I was excited to go try this when I found out it wasn't too far away. I used to go to a local pizza hut regularly....so regularly that the staff knew us by name, and we knew them. When we hit the door, they already knew what we were going to order and started getting it in the oven. When we sat down, our drinks were seconds behind. It was very enjoyable and we always tipped very well (30 to 50% of the tab).
When we walked in, the dining room was there and it was clean, but it was very different. No more checked table cloths, no servers....I guess everything gets updated. I asked if we should just seat ourselves, and was told we could sit anywhere, but we needed to order and pay at the register. Okay....that was different, but okay. When placing the order, I had to ask the young lady to repeat herself multiple times as I couldn't hear her. She wasn't talking very loud, and the music in the dining room was loud enough to where it made it hard to have a conversation unless you were standing directly in front of each other with less than 2 feet distance. In giving her the order, she struggled getting it into the computer, and ultimately had to have someone else show her how to put it in. I get it, people have to be trained, and I can live with that. She told us we could get our drinks, and I went over to the soda fountain. Got ice in the cup, but it wouldn't dispense anything. The young lady came over and looked at it and told me she'd have to get the key. Strange....so I waited. Several minutes later she came back and told me that they only turn on the fountain during the lunch buffet, but we were welcome to pick out the bottled drink we wanted at the same price. This raised by eyebrows a bit. We're sitting down in your resteraunt to eat, and you are going to use bottled drinks instead of turning on the soda fountain? So I got our drinks and sat down. At this point, I'd figured out service was going to be minimal, so I got a couple of plates from the buffet bar, and grabbed silverware as I didn't expect that any would be offered to us. When the pizza came out....it was in boxes. Essentially we got pizza delivery to our table. It wasn't brought out on a serving tray or board like it used to be. We ate our meal, closed the boxes and got up. We didn't know if we were also supposed to bus our own table or not, but saw nothing to do that. So, I left a small tip reflecting the minimal service, and we left.
So, the food was good, but the experience was pretty much like going to McDonalds. Overall, I was disappointed, I wanted the old experience. I may come back for the lunch buffet, but definately won't come back for dinner unless the experience changes back to what it used to be. I do get that may not be possible....but this just wasn't what I expected or wanted.
