  This was, without question, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. I ordered through DoorDash, and the restaurant somehow managed to forget part of my food and completely mess up my drink order. It’s unbelievable that an order could leave the restaurant without anyone verifying it. What made the experience even worse was calling the restaurant to try to resolve the issue. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to make the situation right. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they made me feel like I was the inconvenience. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting to receive the food they ordered, not incomplete meals and terrible customer service. If a restaurant can’t get the basics right and treats paying customers with this level of disrespect, it doesn’t deserve repeat business. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for good food or decent customer service.

  I'm from Philly and grew up with mostly Italian friends, living in NC. I'm very familiar with Italian cooking and NY style pizza. This restaurant, their food, atmospehere and service was on the money! Buffalo chicken dip app was awesome, garlic parm all over the pizza crust "chips" that were perfect, not too thin and not too thick or doughy. Meat Calzone was packed, stromboli packed and made like it should be, not looking the same as a calzone 😅, garlic parm everywhere again, chicken barbecue pineapple flatbread loaded, perfect crust on all three. The marinara was the bomb 💥 and our waitress ❤️(Adrian, I think?) was on top of it. Drinks and refills quick, asked if we need extra marinara before we could request it, she was smooth as butter. Excellent service, food and atmosphere, big tv's at the bar visible from everywhere. I could not more highly recommend Johnny's, a true NY style pizza restaurant here in the South. Thank y'all (you'se guys!) 😅 we had an 8 hour ride back home with a belly full of quality food and smiles on our faces.

  I have visited both the Gainesville and Flowery Branch locations over the last few weeks. The service has been very good and their pizza is very good and better than most others in the area. Highly recommend.

  If I could give this place a zero star I would. Messed my order up twice first time I've ever been in this place. I asked for no mushrooms on my salad or my pizza both Pizza and Salad had mushrooms. I will never eat here again
