  Tried to order lunch at 11:15 on my husband’s lunch break. By 12:00- I’ve heard nothing so I called up there and the lady said they had not even started making my order that was supposed to be delivered. I asked her to please start on the order as my husband would just pick it up instead of having it delivered... which she agreed to. My husband arrives and the doors are locked. The employees would not let him in to pick up our food. As he was leaving, someone else arrived and they did let that person in the doors- but not my husband. I called back to cancel my order. The employee told me “the manager has to cancel orders and the manager is too busy to do that right now.” So 1.45 hours later they try to deliver the food, no thanks. By the way... I live less than 1 mile away.

  We could not pick the items that we wanted on our sandwich. You had to get it the way it was on the menu only. Very bad experience and no choices
