  Order was placed through their app. and was still made incorrectly. Was not fast. Did have a drive thru which was a plus.

  Placed an order at 11:28 AM via the app for delivery just 5 minutes away. After 30+ minutes with no tracking update and no one answering the store phone, I drove there myself. It wasn’t busy, but the employee was incredibly rude and dismissive, saying my food was “out for delivery” with zero apology or attempt to help. My order didn’t arrive until 12:45 PM—over an hour and a half later—delivered by someone on an e-bike. The driver was polite and apologetic, unlike the staff in-store. Drinks were flat from bouncing in the cooler bag. If they only have one bike delivery driver, they shouldn’t be offering delivery at all. Total waste of a delivery fee and tip. Disappointing experience.

  honestly probably one of the worst sandwich places i’ve been to. the guy constantly has an attitude, and leaves something off your order or doesn’t follow customizations. I placed an online order around 11:30 and when i went it 20 minutes later he was taking orders and making those orders instead of making mine. when i voiced to him that i had an online order he said he couldn’t find it, he proceeded to take other orders of people who came in after i did. not to mention when i went in on free sandwich day he was yelling at everyone that came in and tried to place an order.

  I ordered from them..3rd and last time... always late. 2 hours after I ordered, I called and they couldn't tell me where my order was. I asked for a refund and said this was the 3rd time this had happened and the kid on the phone replied... that's not my problem and hung up on me. I called back, asked for a manager and what clearly sounded like a teenager said that they were the manager, refused to give me their name. I tried to explain that I was calling to get a refund. He wanted to argue. Wouldn't take my name and hung up on the 2nd time. Horrible customer service and they seem to be very proud of it too.

  First off, I LOVE Jimmy Johns. By far my favorite sandwich chain. But this particular JJ SUCKS! We got there and the place was filthy... Food particles all over the tables and floor. And we all swear the staff was high. Even our 10 year old picked up on it. The background music was WAY too loud... The term is BACKGROUND people! And when we asked for something simple like napkins the reaction was one of, "Aw man, do I have to?“ Avoid this particular JJ... drive to Gwinnett, it's worth it.
