I was greeted and my order was promptly prepared. Im impressed with the food and quality of service! I understand the store is newly opened and I hope they can increase sales , acquire the store next door to expand their business and create more amazing dishes. I enjoy Indian cuisine. I feel Gainesville is prime for more Indian fare similar to the Cumming and John’s Creek areas. I’m ok with the fusion concepts, I prefer traditional Indian curry dishes and hope you will become more successful and provide an array of dishes such as Coconut Shrimp, Malai Kofta, Paneer Butter Masala. I tend to enjoy vegetarian curries but enjoy an occasional non vegetarian dish. One last suggestion would be Dosas (onion , cheese or any variety you feel would be regionally profitable. Thank you for taking the time to read my lengthy review!
*Your prices are very fair and affordable too.*
This place is genuinely 1000x better than Sizzling Spices!!! (Full offense, I don't know why they have 4.5+ stars because it's not deserved 🙄)
I got the butter chicken bowl and masala fries. Without exaggeration, this is some of the best Indian I've ever had (short of fiance's family cooking). I'm chinese Malaysian, so I've had my fill of indian food around the US and Malaysia, Singapore, etc.
Tried fiance's madras coffee, they add sugar for you and it's perfect. Deep flavor and strong coffee.
Prices are super reasonable for how much food you get
I know this is fusion, but it's the Indian food that Gainesville deserves ♥️♥️ it's actually flavorful!!! I really hope they take off.
Wow. The food was sooo good. The biryani reminded me of my parents cooking. I'm so glad this restaurant exists cause I hate the quality and price of the other Indian restaurant in gainsville. Im gonna be coming here for lunch every day just for the butter chicken and palak paneer.
Plan to do takeout cause there is only 2 tables right now
Below ratings are for me for future visits:
Ghee butter chicken bowl: 10.. especially for this price
Healthy by nature bowl(palak): 10. Chicken had a weird taste due to the palak marinade, paneer is better.
Street royal biryani: 9.5
Loaded masal fries: 7-10, it has potential but the takeout container made it soggy.
Tandoor masala burrito: 10 literal perfection
Tandoor shredded chicken quesadilla: 9.5
Madras coffee: 10 especially for the price

We tried the butter chicken bowl and tikka masala bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. The portions were perfect and very filling. The sauces added so much depth and flavor, that extra touch that really made each dish stand out. I especially loved the addition of the salad and the black dal/chickpeas in the bowls because it made the meal feel balanced and thoughtfully put together.
We also ordered extra sauces on the side, and every one was fantastic. The white sauce, tamarind sauce, and spicy sauce were all so flavorful and complemented the food perfectly. The garlic naan was phenomenal, and dipping it in the butter sauce took it to another level.
Everything was very reasonably priced, especially for the quality and portions. The service was excellent too, the food came out incredibly fast; it felt like they were practically handing it to us at the door when we arrived for pickup!
This place definitely earned a regular spot in our rotation. We’ll absolutely be eating here at least once a week. Huge compliments to the chef, incredibly talented. Highly recommend!

We stopped here this afternoon and we loved the food! My husband is usually not big on Indian food, but he loves this, gave it a 9/10. He ordered the butter chicken and it came with rice, beans, a little salad, garlic naan and some sauce we asked for on the side. I ordered the tikka masala and it came with rice, garbanzo beans, a little salad, and garlic naan. I also ordered a mango lassi to drink and they said it was free with the promotion they are running. The mango drink was made with yogurt and was cool and refreshing. The chicken in both dishes was tender and flavorful and had the right amount of spice. And the sauces were both really good, there was a white creamy sauce and a spicy red sauce (they were supposed to be drizzled on top of the butter chicken but we asked for them to be on the side).
The restaurant looks like it is more geared towards take out or ordering because there is only a couple tables. It was a pretty day so we took ours to go and ate at the park.
Definitely recommend! And we will go again for sure 😊
