  Not only was the staff super kind and the management 2nd mile kind, but the order that was specific, was accurate (not all locations can do this sadly…) and it was clean also and I appreciate that they just redid their traffic in and out to make it a lot easier for circulating, increasing speed of service as well. Good kids area too. What’s not to like?

  Food was great as always but the service was not that great. While taking my order, the woman taking my order just stops talking completely for over a minute. Then when I asked if she was still there she told me to hold on. When I drove around to get my food, she was just laughing and talking with co workers to the extent that she was giving back my card but not looking at me and was moving card around while still talking. I had to try to grab the card three times. This was not the kind of service I expected from here.

  I like a treat, so we go and get an ice cream for our treat. The only problem is the young kids who wait on you take your money and then they proceed to handle the ice cream cone with their dirty hands. You ask them politely to use an extra napkin on the cone but do they do this NO they just do it their way. Money is dirty and it carries many germs. If the owner cannot afford to buy gloves for you to use then use the napkin as requested. I love your ice cream but I do not want to get sick off your dirty hands!!! Also another solution DO NOT let the money handler, handle the food!!

  I’ve gone to this Chick-Fil-A twice in the past two weeks. The first time my Dr. Pepper was warm, flat, and gross, but I didn’t go back because everyone deserves a little bit of grace. However, my most recent visit, the short white kid who took my order (incorrectly) in the drive-thru line was rude, and treated me as if he were annoyed to be working. I ordered a fruit cup and wasn’t given a fruit cup. My wife went to resolve things. Ultimately, we were refunded for the missing item and the manager reassured her the customer service issue would be taken care of and he was already fairly certain of the person liable for this colorful experience. In short, if you want Chick-Fil-A and are thinking this will be quick and convenient, drive the extra few miles to the next closest one.
