- ARadolfo rosales4 days ago1.0Order a dine in order they brought my food then I was told my drinks were on the way waited 15 minutes by then our food was cold go to counter approach who I assume was the team lead then get questioned like I was trying to steal the drinks I paid for I then explain to her that I’m eating at the restaurant so she ask a guy employee about the drinks and finally agrees to make them then guy makes and walks off and me and goes directly to my table to make sure I didn’t have the drinks at the table crazy how they would assume something like that horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend stop at this chik fila if your in the area

- KLKyle LasellApr 24, 20263.0Chick-fil-a is not a fast food restaurant that I normally go to, that being said, I was a little irritated that orders were being taken in the drive thru line, I was not sure what I wanted because I wanted to see what looks good on the menu, the employee taking the orders tried to find a paper copy but there were none available. I ordered two spicy deluxe meals and a kids meal for my daughter. When I got home I realized that the kids meal was not in the bag, I ended up having to cook her a meal, I called the restaurant to let them know what happened but there was no answer and the mailbox was full. The food was good, just disappointed with my experience.
