  Food is usually good. But the seating and host is getting out of hand. Usually always say 20 minutes. Empty tables everywhere but will make you wait. The table we sat in tonight was open from the time we arrived. However when a “friend” of the host comes in with there party the are awarded a seat instantly.

  Ordered 20 piece boneless last night at work and majority of the wings were hard and dry. I was only able to eat maybe 8 wings and a threw the other ones away. So disgusting.

  Host with the pink hair was not accommodating and abrasive. We requested to sit at a booth and there were plenty available. Host was combative and told us no, that they have to go in order for the servers. As a server myself, just sit us in another section. If I request a booth and there are numerous available I expect to be seated in a booth.

  When were finally sat, the server could care less (beyla) and stormed off before you could finish speaking to her. Our drinks were not refilled once, our food came out incorrect and not hot on top of that. We asked for a plain burger, yet it was covered in mayo. The kitchen simply replaced the bread and flipped the bacon and reserved the same burger back to us in less than 2 minutes flat. The manager was not willing to take it off the bill and stated that if we took the burger off the bill it was raise the price, even then our cups sat empty as he refused to do anything for us except hand us the check and walk away. We used to be regulars but will NOT be returning. This place has gone DOWN HILL, shout out to the GM Rick, great ship you’re running.

  Been here a few times previously and after our experience with the bartender Christian we will be requesting him everytime. Checked on us so attentively and was on top of everything. For the first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings we felt like our server cared about our experience. If you are wanting to try BWW and want an amazing experience request Christian he is awesome!
