Sorry you are short staffed but that was not the way to handle the situation. I didnt come in yelling, I simply stated nothing I ordered should have taken 30 mins, and you came out from the back yelling at me when you should have been apologizing. Plus my food was cold so im pretty sure it was just sitting there most of those 30 min while you served every other person that came by instead of me. Please teach your employees how to properly address issues and not yell at your customers.
