  I went through the drive-through I was told to pull up and wait. I waited 5 to 10 minutes and my food was cold the fries tasted old. It was missing the cheddar off of the sandwiches. After being at work all day and just wanting to have a warm meal to eat and you can’t even get that kinda sucks I could have just made a cup of soup and been happy instead of wasting my money on cold old food

  Every single time we go here, they always have an excuse for not having something or never give us our total order. Just went through the drive thru tonight and the girl told me they didn't have crinkle fries ready and no longer serve iced tea after 7pm. Is that a new rule?! This place always has an issue.

  This place is unbelievable. Every time I go there, it's another inept, apathetic, low quality event. No one there gives a sh*t about their job or you. A call in order that says on the app will take 5 to 10 minutes ends up being 25. On top of that, they get the order wrong. And the roast beef? Dry and cold. Here's one for ya: I went through the drive thru to order a sandwich and they said they were OUT OF ROAST BEEF. Avoid this place like the plague. Here's some insider info for you, as well. Their roast beef is delivered to the store in a huge bag in LIQUID FORM. The heat it up til it congeals into a solid and then call it beef. Don't bother replying to my comment, Mr Arby. Because you're not going to do sh*t to improve this poor excuse for a restaurant.

  Went here after work drive thru backed up hadnt moved in forever... decided to go in and order and still take forever... one of staff was like we aint robots... right but how yall so backed up when dinner rush just started. No sweet tea. N aint this supposed be fast food? N got food and wasnt right asked beef n chedder and got roast beef only and no chedar or red ranch on it.... was 3 to 4 cars in drive thru and no guests inside until me... but they were overwhelmed?!

  Have been coming here for 6 years. Not too sure what has happened but the last two times were the most awful food I've ever eaten. Today the roast beef was so salty I did not even eat it all. Had to wait on potato cakes so I was expecting them to come out nice and golden and fresh. These came out so Brown and overcooked and dry I ate half of one and threw two and a half away. I don't know what has happened to this Arby's but their food is repulsive lately. Last two times really bad will be the last time I come in here.
