  The girl working the speaker and the window was rude as hell. She had an attitude from the start. Slamming the window shut, catching an attitude for absolutely no reason. It’s not hard working fast food if you don’t like it find yourself another job.

  My husband and I came into the restaurant and asked an employee if the mozzarella sticks came with the meal, and he told us yes. We ordered two roast beef sandwiches with cheddar cheese, but when we got the bill, everything was charged separately — the Pepsi, the mozzarella sticks, and even the sandwiches. My husband also ordered a brisket sandwich, and it was practically empty — honestly, a small child wouldn’t even be satisfied with it. On top of that, the mozzarella sticks and fried jalapeños were served cold and felt almost frozen inside, like they had been fried a long time ago and then served to us. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

  Food is usually pretty good. But last 2 times not. Chicken sandwich was partially pink. Ham sandwich slapped on roll. Half falling out. Two meals, one drink. Got second drink. No marina on either meal with mozzarella sticks. Waited a bit even though no customers there.

  The only reason this place is getting 5 stars from me is because of the wonderful young lady at the window tonight. I wish I remembered her name but I decided to get Arby’s with my daughter. My car was still tagged up with all the 2026 graduate signage and she noticed. She grabbed another young lady coworker who had also graduated and we all celebrated together at the window 😂 then she offered my daughter a free milkshake!! She made our night and you just don’t see this type of customer service at a fast food place anymore.

  Ray the manager was very prompt with taking my order. Very friendly and hard working. I was very satisfied with the customer service, atmosphere and meal. My meal was perfect!
