  Today, my family had dinner at Buffalo Wing in Fort Oglethorpe. We placed four orders, but after waiting over 20 minutes, only two were brought out. We waited another 25 minutes for the remaining two orders, yet they still hadn't appeared. After the manager apologized, one more order was finally served. My family finished eating that third order, but the fourth one was still nowhere to be seen. Is this happening because we are people of color? We are deeply saddened and disappointed, as this is a restaurant my family visits every single week—but from now on, we will never return.   My family went out to eat and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor and the staff seemed inattentive. The food took a very long time to come out, and by the time it arrived, most of us had already lost our appetite. The manager did come out to try to handle the situation, but it didn’t really improve anything, and the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. Overall, the service was too slow and disorganized for a family meal. Would not recommend this restaurant and will not be eating here again.

  Visited Buffalo Wild Wings on May 14 and had a really disappointing experience. The service was very slow, our food came out extremely late, and part of our order was completely forgotten. We had to remind staff multiple times, and by the time the missing food arrived, everyone else was already done eating. Overall the customer service was poor and the experience was frustrating. Definitely expected much better.

  Date: 05/14/2026 ​I am beyond frustrated. This place is absolutely horrible, and after tonight, I’m convinced the "service" here is intentionally selective. It wasn’t even a packed day or an extreme game night, so there is zero excuse for what happened. We had a party of five, and the kitchen timing was a total disaster, ​10 Minutes In: Two burgers come out immediately.Those two finished their entire meals while the other three of us sat there with empty plates. The waitress kept giving us the run-around, claiming the food would be right out. Even the manager came over to assure us the food would arrive "shortly. And our breaking point is 30 minutes after the manager’s empty promise, the last order still hadn't arrived. ​We finally gave up on their disrespect and left. This is the third time this has happened, and it’s impossible to ignore the pattern. It feels like if you don't look like them, you get treated differently. We watched other tables get served while we were ignored. The blatant unfair treatment and incompetent pacing are unacceptable. If you want to be treated with basic respect and actually eat at the same time as your party, stay far away from this place. Never again.

  Went to take the family out to eat here for mother's day and when we got there it was not busy we ordered are food the kids got there's and me and the wife never got are we had to just get the check and go somewhere else to eat everytime we ask the waiter told us Im going to get it now and never did its more like a bar then a place to go eat at with the family
