    The employee at the front counter was very rude. I asked for a meal and separate sandwich. She asked which one was the meal and which was the sandwich and had a weird attitude about it. I said is everything okay? And she just kept repeating the total. It was very strange. Not to mention I went back in to refill my drink and I heard her say as I was leaving “you got something to say to me?” I am not sure why she was acting like this as I was just ordering my food. It was a younger black female behind the counter. My visit was 11/20/25 at around 6pm.

    From by fast 2 experiences: 1. (First time date don’t remember) Service was fast by the food was burnt. They used burnt oil to cook the fried they smelled bad and black stuff all over them. 2. (1/31/25)When I arrived know one was up front the employees was in the back talking (should have been my warning sign) after about 3-5 minutes the cashier came to the front but was rude (like she didn’t have time to do her job). Service was slow, asked about a milkshake and she said the milkshake machine was broken and said it had been broken for 2 - 2 1/2 years. Which I know was wrong because I’ve ordered one before. Food and drinks were not that good.
