  2pm 30 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers. Couldn't even get out of line due to heavy traffic

  Ms. Jessica at the window is fantastic!! She took the time to conversate with me while awaiting my order. She is exactly what we need more of in this world, good, down to earth people. Ten stars for her!

  I was shocked with them asking me "what you want." I thought I heard the female ask the customer in front of me, but thinking maybe I just didn't hear it right. Then when it was my turn, I got the same question. I was in complete shock. Slacked on my fries. I asked for ketchup and mayo. Got it. The female working started cussing after finding out an order was wrong. It shocked me so bad that I didn't even want to tell her about my missing fries. My cheeseburgers were cold. I didn't realize it until we got on the road. The restroom was nasty. The toilet would not flush. The soap dispenser did not work, but the huge bottle was on the sink. You couldn't get the soap to come out. This was by far an awful experience The worst stop. The worst customer service. The worst McDonald's EVER. And... I love a McDonald's. We were from out of town and headed to Fort Valley for an event. I would love to get my money back.
