  They will decide what goes into your bowl. Never mind what you ordered. One visit may get you enough for leftovers and the next will give you the bowl half full. Ordered corn and cheese. They decided I didn’t really want it and left it out. Sick of spending money for takeout to just take every penny they want and give me 3/5 of what I paid for.

  Hey this is the dad from the Father’s Day review. Just needed to add that the chips were super stale, and the restaurant was incredibly dirty. Why were there 6 to 8 employees sitting down and having a meeting during the dinner rush with the restaurant looking so filthy? And no food ready on the line? The worker had to bring by burrito to the back of the store for rice and then again for the veggie mix, and the barbacoa was just sad. Such a dirty line. I don’t know who would be more concerned, corporate or the health inspectors. It’s no wonder someone broke a tooth on hard rice at this location. There the bin was, with ancient rice clinging to the sides. I was in denial about the bad reviews for this place, mostly because I love chipotle and didn’t want the closest one to me to be so bad. But for the first time in like 20 years, I didn’t finish my burrito. Super grossed out all around. A sad Father’s Day for me. These problems can be addressed! I’ll come back if reviews get better. No excuse for the rude worker who refused to acknowledge how poorly she wrapped my burrito. Why so hostile?

  When we arrived at 5:30 pm the staff except one person were all sitting and eating themselves. We thought a slower evening dinner hour might mean quick service but the counter was very dirty and covered in food and half of the containers were empty. We almost walked away but they said they had some options behind the side kitchen. When we ordered they left half of my husband’s burrito sticking out of the foil (to go order) and when he asked them to rewrap the woman pushed back disrespectfully to argue that it was wrapped fine. It’s Father’s Day and we had our young child. Such a poor demonstration of caring well for a father in front of his child on a holiday. These reviews are accurate. Work Chipotle experience we have had and no one was kind or smiled. Sorry we chose to go here to get our Father’s Day meal. I recommend going elsewhere.

  I’m normally a pretty chill dude but this experience got me stirred up pretty bad. I ordered a steak burrito and the brown rice in it was so hard it broke one of my teeth and on top of that the steak was super salty and dry.

  I stopped in tonight to grab a kids cheese quesadilla for my son. While ordering, I was told there might not be any cheese, but then I watched fresh shredded cheese being handed over right behind the counter, so I assumed everything was fine. I completed my order, added a drink and chips (which I completely understand had to be made fresh since it was later in the evening), and headed home. Unfortunately, when I opened everything up, the quesadilla had little to no cheese in it at all, and the bag of chips was only about half full. As a mom, this was really disappointing. This was the one thing my son had been asking for all day, and it ended up upsetting him (and honestly, me too). I understand that nights can get busy and things happen, but attention to something as simple as a kids meal—and basic portioning—should still matter. I’m not looking for anything beyond just sharing the feedback so it doesn’t happen to another family. It was frustrating for something that should have been quick and easy.
