  I went there on 5/16/26 at 2.40 p.m and the blonde headed chubby girl was very rude she did not greet me she started by saying chicken or steak and then she was throwing my food in the bowl and rushing me to choose what toppings I wanted also when we got to the register I said can I have chips and queso she grabbed my chips and threw them on the counter and I knew then I did not want this food!!!!!!! So I told her I’m calling corporate on you I love chipotle and I really wanted that but not that bad to be treated that way for my $36 dollars!!!!!

  I stopped in tonight to grab a kids cheese quesadilla for my son. While ordering, I was told there might not be any cheese, but then I watched fresh shredded cheese being handed over right behind the counter, so I assumed everything was fine. I completed my order, added a drink and chips (which I completely understand had to be made fresh since it was later in the evening), and headed home. Unfortunately, when I opened everything up, the quesadilla had little to no cheese in it at all, and the bag of chips was only about half full. As a mom, this was really disappointing. This was the one thing my son had been asking for all day, and it ended up upsetting him (and honestly, me too). I understand that nights can get busy and things happen, but attention to something as simple as a kids meal—and basic portioning—should still matter. I’m not looking for anything beyond just sharing the feedback so it doesn’t happen to another family. It was frustrating for something that should have been quick and easy.

  Ordered delivery today. Purchase a taco and burrito bowl. Each had white rice and there was hard pieces of rice in both. Not just a few but a lot! I will not eat there again. Taco had steak that was cold and it wasnt the delivery driver because it was a quick delivery.

  Horrible experience I am a Latino From Venezuela/Columbia and no one was friendly. They actually looked at me weird and gave me dirty.I’m assuming because of the color of my skin. The portions were tiny. They were scraping the bottom of the pan for the steak barely gave us any meat and it came out to $40. It was a huge rip off. I’m never going back to this place again A lot of people don’t realize how much are they’re getting ripped off because this food is super cheap to make. I am never going back here again. I wasted $40. The food was maybe worth 20 bucks.

  I went in the restaurant to order a bowl with chicken. I had to ask the girl several times about what I wanted and I ordered double chicken. It was a to go order and she just threw the food in the bowl and did not put a lid in it. Food was hanging on the outside of the bowl and the cashier put a lid on the bowl for me. The chicken is so spicy hot I can’t eat it. The restaurant had food thrown all over the counter where the individual items you order were. Look like they had spilled food and didn't bother to clean it up. Tried calling the restaurant and you get AI and can never get through to a person. Last time I am going to Chipotle. I just wasted over $14!
