Ordered a 12pc family meal with 2 extra sides. We asked for freshly cooked chicken and stated we didn't mind waiting for it. They waited around like the chicken was cooking but when we received it, ALL of the chicken had been sitting under heat lamps and you could tell by biting into it that it was near the "pull time" to be rotated out. Biscuits were somewhat fresh, both containers of dirty rice were barely warm and the pieces of sausage you could tell were from the breakfast hours because they were kind of hard and dry and actually some were crunchy pieces, gravy was ok,potatoes were noticeably thinner than past visits,Mac and cheese were several hours made previously and held in warm cabinets because that too was very dry and almost rubbery texture. The blackberry cobbler was very small portion for the price paid. It comes in a small gravy bowl and you can make it at home yourself for cheaper pricing plus it be fresh. This was made ahead abd stored in warming cabinet but held over just a bit longer than supposed to hold(holding times)..I paid $57 for this food as a treat to myself and family as I had just passed another milestone with weightloss(down 124lbs) and wanted to kind of treat myself and family to some fried chicken since I haven't been able to have that on the foods I've not eaten to lose weight. Now, I feel like we should've just cooked everything at home but it was 99° yesterday with heat index of 111° so who wants to heat up their house cooking? Not me. Bojangles in Ringgold,Ga isn't good either and that is the only reason we went to Bojangles in Ft. Oglethorpe,Ga in hopes of getting better quality food only to be extremely disappointed. Lesson learned and money wasted. We are done with even trying to find a decent Bojangles now and have cut off KFC in years past because something has changed with that Corp as well. I'm certain it is because there are young high-school aged kids working in the fast food establishments(more so than ever) and have witnessed lots of horseplaying going on with the employees and the lack of caring on serving customers, the very people that keep their paychecks coming to them, food that they themselves wouldn't eat. On a score from A to F on this food I'm giving a very honest grade score of a D. I'm 100% positive that we are done with Bojangles as well and I hate that because their food used to be very good and not the dried mess I paid for yesterday. From now forward, we decided to just cook at home to be sure we are not getting dried food that should've been pulled once holding times were expired instead of holding it over. Years ago I worked for Bojangles and I know the correct procedures of how the food it supposed to be handled and rotated out once holding times expired just like the tea and lemonade in these establishments that is supposed to be made again once holding times expired. This is an honest and true review of this experience at Bojangles yesterday 7/2/2026. Highly disappointed and they've lost our business. That is awful to even think about because at one time,Bojangles was THE GO TO place if you wanted freshly fried chicken and food for that matter. They have plummeted on food quality and service just as KFC has. They are more than welcome to reach out to me if any questions on this experience but I just want the owners and managers know that more training and/or guidance needs to be taken to keep the customers they have and to gain more customers. At the rate it's going, this could close a business very fast by losing customers over quality food issues and the atmosphere of high school aged kids horsepaying and being quirky instead of paying attention to what the company has hired them for in the first place.

As MANY others have stated, items were repeatedly left out of my order despite it accurately being read back to me and being charged for the full order. This happened once a couple of weeks ago during the lunch shift, and again today during the morning shift. This can easily be remedied through the following two actions: 1) Show me enough respect to not reply to my comment. The canned “we sincerely apologize, we understand you’re frustrated, your feedback is important, etc.” response is not sincere, appreciated, or welcome. If the location’s manager was sorry this wouldn’t keep happening (and the customer service rep writing the response cannot be sorry), nobody cares that we’re frustrated, and clearly this repeated feedback from multiple people is not important whatsoever, as the problem persists. 2) Do better. Getting what you pay for is the least anyone asks for. At a time like this, where many people can barely afford to eat, being carelessly cheated out of food is especially disturbing. I don’t want my money back or my missing food replaced, and I am certainly not taking any more time out of my day to reach out to you to echo what I have just said. I want this to not be an issue anymore for myself or your other patrons. You will not “have the opportunity to serve me better in the future” as I will not be coming back to this location. For what it’s worth, the food that did make it into the bag was well prepared and enjoyable.

Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple issues with this Bojangles location over the past two months. On three separate occasions, items were missing from my order, and each time I had already made it all the way home before discovering the mistake. Having to turn around and drive back to the restaurant repeatedly is frustrating and inconvenient. What made this most recent experience even worse was the way it was handled by management. After calling the restaurant about the missing items, I returned to pick them up and overheard the manager discussing me with her staff immediately after getting off the phone with me. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, she appeared more interested in talking about the customer than resolving the issue. When I expressed my frustration and pointed out that this was not the first time this had happened, instead of offering an apology, the manager asked me if I was “perfect.” That response was unprofessional and dismissive. Customers don’t expect perfection, but they do expect orders to be accurate and for concerns to be handled respectfully when mistakes occur. I understand that errors happen, but repeated order inaccuracies combined with poor customer service from management make it difficult to want to return. I hope this location takes steps to improve both order accuracy and the way customer concerns are addressed.
