I usually don’t leave any reviews but it’s annoying when you order a “tiramisu latte” and they hand you some different drink with cold foam that has tiramisu as an ingredient instead of ringing it in. or a pumpkin latte, and they add vanilla and a bunch of other stuff to the ticket, and they are rude if you ask for it to be remade.

I get two large iced coffees with four cream, four caramel and four liquid sugar and every now and again I’ll get donuts or a sausage, egg and cheese croissant I have never ever had them put four donuts in the same bag like they did today and now the chocolate is smeared all over the Other donuts I know this may not seem like a big deal to everyone, but my kid cannot have chocolate. My kid hates chocolate so now she won’t eat her doughnut on top of that again. I said I come here every day. My coffee is made wrong. it is bitter with old coffee and there is not enough cream nor liquid sugar in or caramel. And my croissant Was burnt normally I’m not the type to complain but I have never experienced such rudeness they Kept trying to rush us out the drive-through when we did not have our drinks and we did not have our croissant. She handed us our donuts and told us to have a great rest of our day and asked us if we had everything and you could clearly see if we had nothing.

For the large amount of people always in the drive through, they keep them moving and the staff there is always so kind! I don’t know their names but there are some key people that I have seen for a long time and it an order has ever been wrong for me (very rare), they don’t hesitate to fix it.
