  Arrived 5 minutes before 11 when breakfast ends at the drive thru. Breakfasts menu was still up on the screen. Employee said are only doing lunch now and when we told them it's not 11 yet they ignored us for 5 minutes. Unbelievable.

  I usually don’t complain but I pay to much for something I didn’t even get. First off it took forever for them to come to intercom for order then when I got to the order they could figure out what they were doing, 1st wanting me to park then stopped me ask oh did you get your drinks, like no you just came to the window so no I didn’t get my drinks then they said don’t park. Then asked for my receipt to see what I ordered, but after I got home they got my bacon quarter pounder wrong. No bacon on them at all. And yes I look under the patty as well and still no bacon. Wish I would have parked and checked before I got home because I live all the way out Winouker.

  The ordering and payment process was easy. Once I got to the window the Shift Manager Kim was rude. I asked her a simple question and her response was rude. She was refusing to get the corporate number for me, acting as if she couldn’t find it. It wasn’t until I refused to pull out of the line without it that she attempted to go get it. I have been to this location a number of times. But today has been the worst experience I had overall. I will not be returning to this location.

  Kind of crappy to be honest. I try to help an old sister out and they won't take my card over the phone for whatever stupidness it is. And you wonder why I haven't eaten at McDonald's in over 30 years. I'm hating it.
