  Speaker may have been broken but they took ou order at the window amd they food was fresh and still arrived quickly.

  ’m honestly extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced. I placed my order and was directed to pull forward to the second pickup window, which I did without any issue. However, after that, I was completely ignored. I waited there for over 30 minutes, and not a single employee came out to check on me, give me an update, or bring my food. What’s frustrating is not just the wait time, but the complete lack of communication and basic customer care. If there was a delay or issue with my order, someone should have at least acknowledged it or let me know what was going on. Instead, I was left sitting there wondering if my order had been forgotten entirely—which, at that point, it clearly had been. This kind of service is unacceptable. People have schedules, responsibilities, and limited time, and to be left waiting that long without any explanation shows a serious lack of organization and respect for customers. It also reflects poorly on management, because situations like this don’t just happen—they’re the result of poor oversight and lack of accountability. I shouldn’t have to go inside or track someone down just to get the food I already paid for. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely avoidable with better management and communication. I really hope this is addressed, because no customer should have to deal with this kind of service.

  The food is always cold, never fails. You wait for like 15 minutes and then you get cold. Food has to drive through and tell him that it's cold and wait another 10 minutes for some warm food.

  I got a quarter pounder deluxe meat was dried out it was cold I also got fries which were good but burger went in trash I won't be going back to many choices to pay that much for food that goes in the trash
