  Just sorry people I don’t know how these places stay in business with such staff was just no care and then petty over salting and food under cooking it just to be petty. It really makes you wonder what kind of goals. Some people have in life. Or they just in this world to do nothing, no pride unless ignorance looking stupid. Why can’t you do your job with some tenacity I had 26 dollar Mc double meals and a McChicken and they made us pull in front of the car in front of us and I literally waited 15 minutes. All the cars were gone. I literally backed up to the drive-through window and asked for my food and I asked him was it just sitting there he said no we just made it OK still had to ask for the sauce.

  Best experience we've had at a McDonald's in years. The staff is friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Usually when you enter a McDonald's these days the staff are all hiding in the back and nobody will make eye contact. The staff at this location was out, active and quick to assist. Food arrived at our table and the friendly lady working the register went above and beyond to offer our twins their choice of happy meal toys.

  For our experience at this location, it has not been good. When it comes to the drive through or walk in, service is not good most of time. It took us forever to get a refund on an order we never received at this location. We didn't ask for anything for free but corporate did say they were sending something to make up for what happened, which never happened. Now there has been several employees that we have encountered that were great. So to those employees, Thank you!💕

  This location has the worst of the worst problems. They have slow service, rude associates and rude management. They also do not ever answer complaints and do not care about their customers or customer experience. Even when they have no cars and no one inside, expect to spend a minimum of 25-45 minutes waiting for food from start to finish. Absolutely terrible and don’t expect any type of conflict resolution not even from the owner who never answers the phone and never returns calls. Ridiculous.

  Came up in the drive-through and I was sitting there for a few minutes, but then another car came on the other side after I’ve been sitting. One of the employees came out yelling at a person that was sitting with I don’t know her man asking for help. And yet the car that just pulled up got helped before me but yet I’ve been sitting here make that make sense.
