  Waited 7 minutes to order a sandwich and no one was in front of us waiting. When approached by cashier, she mumbled something and since I was staring down at my phone not realizing she was in front of me, she walked away not even a second later and had to wait again to put in an order with no one around waiting to order. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered for any Jimmy John’s location.

  The food is good but the employees aren't the best. The guy Devante seem to have an attitude as if he really was in a rush for our order. He also never directly handed me the cup he sort of threw it on the counter like it was an issue
