  I placed a catering order at this location on Monday evening for pickup at 11:30 on Wednesday. It was not a large order, 75 tenders 50 breaded 25 Grilled, and three large Ranch. A young man took my order at 5:55 p.m. Monday evening. I was told I would receive a phone call in the next day or two to pay for the order with the catering manager. I did not receive a phone call to pay for the order however, This Is Not Unusual. We have ordered from them in the past and paid when we picked up, so naturally I thought nothing of it. I arrived on Wednesday at 11:25 a.m. to pick up the order, expecting to have to wait a few minutes. Instead, I was informed that no one knew about it. They took my order then and started working on it. I needed to have the food back to our office by noon. A 20 minute drive. I did not leave with the food until 11:55 p.m. the food is always great, no complaints there. What actually irritated me about this entire experience aside from me being late to a meeting with food for everyone there was the fact that I never even received an apology. At bare minimum, an apology should have been given by the manager. She witnessed the entire event. Some sort of compensation or discount would have also been appreciated. I did my job and called ahead, the issue was clearly on their end. But do not even receive an apology for their error was pretty poor customer service. We will use Oakwood or Braselton locations in the future.

  Courtney, the cashier had a vibrant smile along with exceptional customer service qualities. The Flower Branch location is an awesome place!

  The wait time for food here is ridiculous!!!! There must be 4 employees just standing around. 1:50pm and 9 people in the restaurant. More employees than customers. This is the Magoos on Spout springs rd. The other Magoos must have better management!!! This one sucks!

  Service was wonderful. Food was delicious. My only issue with the atmosphere was a group of guys that were clearly vaping in the dining room. Not exactly what I want my kids to be around. We love HM and will def be back.
