- MGMichelle Grullon5 days ago1.0This Dunkin’ Donuts started off sooo good, and now I’m honestly so disappointed. 😩 My lattes are either way too bitter or WAY too sweet—to the point where you can’t even drink them. At this point, I’m risking diabetes just trying to get a decent latte. 😂 Here’s to another nasty drink. 🙃 And this one was made completely wrong. I clearly stated ONE pump of vanilla and ONE pump of pumpkin spice, yet somehow it still came out completely different. I didn’t go back to return it myself because by the time I realized how bad it was, I was already too far away. I really hope they get it together because I used to love getting my coffee from here. 😒☕️ Management pleaseee retrain your staff . We miss the good Drinks .
- LGLETTY GREENESep 13, 20265.0I went to Dunkin this evening to get a coffee and received the best customer service from Dylan. He was very professional greeted me with a smile and had my order was perfect! Thank you, Duncan and thank you Dylan for the great Customer Service I received this evening!

- CWCeline WileyMay 15, 20261.0we are all going through things in life, however when you work at a place like this, especially with the reputation that Dunkin Donuts holds, your customer service should be a little bit more exceptional. I was not greetedwhen I got into the store and for some reason it looked like I was bothering them just to order an iced latte and sausage croissant However, I stood there for about 15 minutes before I realized there was a kiosk that could take my order. I’m not sure what’s going on. but I spend money with Dunkin’ Donuts literally every single day and it’s not fair to me when I’m looking forward to a good drink and a nice breakfast that I am dealing with attitude and negative energy I do not appreciate that at all as a loyal customer. I don’t think I will be coming back.
