  I’ve tried really tried with this location but yesterday was the last straw. My coffee order is consistently wrong, I have ordered jelly and Boston cream doughnuts only to get home and realize that they were not filled and this is the only location that forces you to ‘tip’ first when paying with a card. Yesterday however I ordered my usual refresher drink with no ice for four dollars. The manager Kimberly hands me a half filled cup. Her response was I can’t fill it anymore because you didn’t want any ice. She preceded to tell me she could fill it up for a dollar more. Seriously? Between this location and the DD near my job I get the same coffee and a refresher drink every morning ( I wait to drink the refresher on my lunch break and hence don’t want it watered down) and this is the first time I’ve had a DD store do this. I fluctuate between Starbucks refresher and DD and again this is the only time ordering no ice has been an issue. Buyer beware. This store seems to devalue customer service and as a business owner I honestly feel bad for the franchise owner. This is a poor representation of the brand. Sadly they have seen the last of my hard earned money,

  Shoutout to everyone working the morning shift today!! You guys consider me a regular and always get my coffee spot on, today it wasn’t quite right and the manager met me at the door to fix it and girly behind the counter upgraded me 😩🥺AMAZING customer service 10/10 APPRECIATE YALL SO MUCH

  After being charged twice with no order on the mobile app in Oakwood, I decided to go to this one. Was able to actually get an order in but it definitely took over 15 minutes for 2 drinks, a donut and a sandwhich. The sandwhich is soggy, and I truly don't understand how the same exact coffee I order tastes different every time from any dunkin. Not to mention you have employees literally just messing around in front of customer view. You had one girl mopping who was basically guarding the door, she gets a phone call then disappears to the bathroom for the entire time?? (15+ minutes). You then have another employee just leaning out in front of the counter, phone in hand, chit chatting it up and cussing while on her "break". Customers shouldnt be hearing this nor be seeing it, highly unprofessional behavior. During all of this we still only had 3/4 items. When she went back around the counter to i guess end her break, my s/o said "hey we still have something missing from our order" and she goes "the donut?" so if you knew, you couldn't have told anyone else to get it? I mean the case is right there, that honestly should've been the first thing I got. I didn't get anyone's names but the only two employees that looked like they were actually doing something was the girl actually making the drinks (with no help) and the gentleman that gave me my order. Don't expect to be paid more if you can't have decorum at your workplace.

  For the love of God teach your employees how to make sweet tea. The amount of times I get unsweetened or just weird stuff is absurd. Today I got unsweet vanilla tea it was disgusting. Getting a sweet tea shouldn't be so difficult. I come here often and rarely get actual sweet tea. Please train all your staff how to make it. It can't be that hard

  I came through the drive thru to order a small drink. The young man Shadell was extremely polite and pleasant. It was a great interaction and I appreciate his customer service!!!
