- YYYomudda23Sep 16, 20261.0I went there and got a double pollo asado bowl expecting to get a reasonable amount of chicken. So I order double and I get 2 measly half scoops and not only that the lady serving me shook some pieces off, so after asking for some more because this obviously wasn’t enough I just ended up ordering a third serving of chicken in a cup. I was so pissed off that I went home and weighed this shit out because I knew that my eyes weren’t deceiving me, for 15 dollars I got 5.5 ounces of chicken and that’s after picking it out of the bowl so it’s probably less, that is a whole 70% of the 8oz I payed for. And now for the kicker I weighed out the separate portion and it ended up being more than the double serving that I ordered. So for 4.50 I got more chicken than in my 15$ bowl. Honestly at this point I wouldn’t even bother ordering bowl just order 2 servings in the side because I have never seen a restaurant make 1 tray of chicken try to last them a whole day

The staff was incredibly rude, we had to ask several times to receive a normal amount of each topping (literally each one), and there were 5 people standing around while one person made food for the 6+ people in line. This store is inconsistent with quality normally, but it’s never been this bad. Might have to drive all the way to Gainesville for chipotle now because this is wild.

- GGGissel GarciaAug 3, 20262.0I got many orders without a fork, and today they gave me a drink with no ice, my drink was warm, very awful because who wants a warm Diet Pepsi with their meal. Also the rice is hard and looks not cooked fully.
