    I wish I could give this chic fil zero stars, I really do. I came with my family to get a meal for 5. They messed up every single drink order and gave us a mystery dark drink instead of diet lemonade. They attempted to correct this. They also completely forgot to give us a kids meal even though we paid for it. When we got home, we noticed that they added no sauces even though we asked for them. They also gave us regular lemonade instead of diet even after initially getting the drink orders wrong. By far, the worst chic fil an experience I’ve ever had. They need some serious help over there.

    Went through the drive thru today and it was HOT as mess outside! There was a young man named Emresen serving us…. He was sweating bullets but was completely un-phased! He served us with efficiency, kindness, and respect. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

    THIS IS LITERALLY THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHICK FIL A I’VE BEEN TOO! I STAY BY THE CHICK FIL A ON JESSE PARKWAY BUT WE DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THIS ONE BECAUSE THEY COOK LIKE THEY LOVE THEIR JOB! THE OTHER CHICK FIL A’S CHICKEN IS SO NASTY, IT’S LIKE MUSHY, AND JUST NOT CRUNCHY AND FRIED LIKE THIS ONE! THANK YOU GUYS, AND HAVE A BLESSED WEEK!

    I made a mobile order. When I pulled up in the drive thru, the young lady told me that my order didn’t show up but she knew I had an order because my name showed up. The order was blank. I told her what my order was and she confirmed it. When I pulled up to the window to get my food, they gave me a classic chicken sandwich meal. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich meal. When I told the young lady, she rudely said “that’s not what it says on our screen.” I told her that’s what my app said and tried to show her my app. She cuts me off and says again “that’s not what our screen says.” Instead of her asking the manager to assist, she shrugs her shoulders and walks away. I asked another employee to speak to the manager. The manager Greg came. He had me pull out of the drive thru to try to get me the correct order. Apparently they were having some IT issues because I showed what I ordered on my app and it came through on his screen as a classic meal. When he brought me the food, it was STILL wrong. They gave me a spicy deluxe meal. I didn’t realize it until I had left the restaurant and went to eat my food. I called on the phone and spoke to Greg and he said he was on the phone with IT. He told me that once he was done talking to IT, he would credit my account a complementary deluxe sandwich for the inconveniences. Of course, he never did it. Chic fil A dropped the ball on this one. I would rather go to the location by the winery.

    This is now the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. On both occasions, I got home and realized that a significant portion of my order was missing. Rather than calling to complain, I chose to drive back to the restaurant since I only live a couple of minutes away. While I understand that mistakes happen, what has been most frustrating is how I’ve been treated when attempting to have those mistakes corrected. This most recent visit, I returned with my original bag and receipt, which clearly showed the order details, time, and transaction information. Instead of simply verifying the issue and resolving it, I was told to leave the drive-thru and come inside the restaurant. After already making a second trip because of an error that wasn’t mine, I found that frustrating. Once inside, I explained that an item from my order was missing. I had no problem waiting while employees verified whatever they needed to verify. However, I was once again met with hesitation and skepticism, as though I was trying to get something for free rather than receive an item I had already paid for. After a long day of work, I simply wanted the milkshake that was missing from my order. Instead, I left feeling like I had been questioned and treated as though my honesty was in doubt. As I was leaving, I overheard another employee telling the team member who helped me that they needed to “be careful” about doing that. Combined with my previous experience, it reinforced the feeling that I was being viewed with suspicion rather than as a customer trying to correct a mistake. My first experience was very similar. I returned with my receipt and original bag, and an employee actually asked, “You’re not lying to me, are you?” before remaking the missing items. That interaction left a lasting impression, and unfortunately this latest visit felt much the same. I don’t know whether this is a training issue, a store policy issue, or something else entirely. I don’t want to make assumptions about the reasons behind these interactions. What I do know is that customers should not leave feeling embarrassed, interrogated, or distrusted when they’re simply trying to receive food they already paid for. Mistakes with orders happen. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. This location needs to do better when it comes to verifying missing items while still treating customers with respect and professionalism.
