Location is absolutely terrible. Getting into the property is a pain. The service? Well it was good until the tip screen came up and the worker stuck the tablet in my vehicle and then stuck her head in my vehicle to see what option I picked. Definitely not enjoyable.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how the entrance and exit work for the location. Otherwise the brewistas and drinks are incredible

that was bs not putting up a sign that ur out of those damn balls. my 12 year old kid was so excited she patiently waited for 2 1/2 hours because she wanted one. you all had horrible attitudes and a sign needs to be put up immideltey. your only not doing that so u can profit over hours of people’s time on a holiday. Many of us will not be returning over this.

i am a long time customer i come almost every day and today i waited 2 hours in line, the girl taking my order even told me not to use my free drink so i can get the squishy because the free drink wouldn’t count. paid full price, and i got my drinks and the girl didn’t say anything, so i asked “am i goin to get the squishy?” and she said “oh we ran out”. no one got informed that they ran out, everyone is wasting their time. buford location put up a sign to let people know it ran out, this one is just making money off people thinking they going to get the squishy. what an establishment…

Super grateful to the blonde girl who gave us our drink, when we asked her how much caffeine came in the brewberry energy drink she knew right away and was super friendly. We had asked the boy who took our order that same question and it was very confusing. I understand not knowing the answer to every question but I mean at least just pretend you know or ask another employee. We also ordered a large drink and got handed a medium which is whatever but taking the order took like 5 minutes so how it was taken wrong i got no idea. The girls at this location are very friendly and helpful tho shoutout to them.
