  Our favorite stand to visit and it’s not even the closest! We love this location and its efficiency from the line to the coffee. Seeing the window paint change is our son’s favorite part! 10/10!

  Twice in a row they gave NOTHING but iced coffer. 2 people say your order back to you and still nothing but ice and coffee …. Zero flavoring. They wete mote interested in gixing each others hair and helping the boy w his fake eyelashes. Not worth yhe time or money. Also… no accountability from the servers when i asked for my cash back . DONE

  I’ve been a regular customer of 7 Brew since the Buford location first opened, but I switched to the Oakwood location once it opened closer to me. I drive through often—sometimes twice a day—because the coffee was excellent and the service was unmatched. Unfortunately, the overall experience at Oakwood has gone drastically downhill lately, and the consistency I used to rely on is completely gone. Here is why this location is missing the mark: *Inconsistent Coffee Quality: This is the biggest issue. The coffee used to be the #1 reason I came here. Lately, the flavor profile is completely off, and my go-to order (the Smooth 7) frequently just tastes wrong or like it wasn't mixed right. *Declining Professionalism & Atmosphere: The overall vibe has changed for the worse. It used to feel like a sharp, energetic operation, but now it often feels more like a chaotic hangout spot for college kids than a professional business. The standards for personal appearance and dress code have slipped significantly—ranging from wild, unkempt hair to graphics or wording that really don't belong in a customer-facing workplace. The environment just feels sloppy, and the music choices can cross into being inappropriate for a business drive-thru. *Awkward Service: For the most part, greetings now feel awkward and forced. I miss the days when the team was consistently sharp, genuinely friendly, and remembered regular customers by name. *Credit Where Credit Is Due: I want to emphasize that *not* everyone here is missing the mark. There are still some great staff members on the shifts who are friendly, dressed appropriately, and still remember to routinely wipe down the cups so you don't get sticky coffee dripping in your car or transferring to your steering wheel. To those specific workers: you know who you are, and your effort is highly appreciated and not overlooked. *Bottom Line: 7 Brew built its reputation on great energy, solid standards, and excellent coffee. Right now, the Oakwood location as a whole is dropping the ball. Even though it's much closer and more convenient for me, if management doesn't step in to retrain the staff and bring back the high standards, I won't hesitate to just make the drive back to the Buford store, or simply stay home and brew my own Colombian coffee. *On a side note regarding the property and customer traffic: I'm not a fan of the tight traffic pattern here either, but let’s be realistic: the people complaining and demanding they buy a bigger property would be the exact same ones complaining that the coffee prices are too high when the business has to offset that massive property cost. While the lot layout is tough, the customers really don't help the situation. If everyone would just learn common courtesy—like not blocking driveways, stopping appropriately at the stop signs, and not pulling into the lanes when you obviously can't fit and end up blocking the outbound cars—the experience would be a lot smoother for everyone.
