  The person who took our order was the least energetic person of all the people out there taking orders. Then was a little bit snappy when I wasn't sure what I wanted. I'm not a coffee drinker and they had three rows of cars out the way and I wasn't prepared to go there so I didn't look up a menu and the order menu is at the front of the line. So I just got a strawberry smoothie. It was good. My daughter who is the coffee drinker had the butter cookie drink it was good. She goes there all the time so she knew what she was getting. I gave it a 3 stars for atmosphere because of you want new customers you need to find a way to have a menu or at least a QR code out towards the back of the line up. I will not be going back on my own to try new things because I am not coffee efficient enough for the attitude when I ask for recommendations. No inside dinning since that seems to be a question. But the line was really long and it moved really quick

  Drink tastes well, but the drive-through workers were not giving the same energy as any other seven brew I’ve been to they were honestly not really on top of it and confused about my order. Maybe it was just a bad day. But the drinks were still good and it was pretty quick so it’s OK.

  Love love love the staff at this location! They’re friendly and engaging, some of them I swear know my number because we frequent this location. We are a member of the rewards program and get a free drink every other week or so. Sugar Free, Sugar Free, Sugar Free, it’s the hot hot hot thing in coffee right now and if you are diabetic this is incredible. Iced coffee is no longer out of reach for type2. There can be a line on the weekends, and the busy times during the week (the usual morning/afternoon) but it’s still faster than any Starbucks and tastes way better.

  If I could leave a NO STAR REVIEW I would because WHAT IS THIS???? this is supposed to be MATCHA and it honestly tastes like milk with flavoring….. waste of money….. I live an hour a way and had my roommate get me some on their way home… they don’t drink matcha so I don’t blame them…. y'all need to do better!!
