  I had a very disappointing experience at Sonic. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. The staff seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. I waited far longer than expected just to place an order, and when I finally did, my order was incorrect

  Miles the little young manger on duty very nasty and rude I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and said when I was placing my order that I wanted all my food fresh and I stayed that I don’t mind waiting for my food to be cooked to get to the window and my cheese wasn’t even melted on my burger for Miles to say that they don’t melt the cheese on they burgers here I will never come here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to even come here for food for a dog because Miles Attitude and customer service is very poor and nasty warning Miles very nasty and then he called the police because I asked for my original receipt back after I asked for a refund because my food wasn’t fresh as I asked for it to be at the speaker when I ordered my food again I stated at the window that I didn’t mind waiting to have my food fresh

  Only can make one order per car however they have no inside nor stalls at this location. Then when I asked if I’m suppose to drive back through she said “if I want to” no longer my favorite location anymore This is a new policy that needs to reconsidered.

  Very clean facility with lots of TV’s , places to sit and charge your phone and large spaces to fold your laundry
