Support local, buy pizza elsewhere. My daughter loves Papa John's, so I order here occasionally, but the last 4-5 delivery orders have been consistently wrong. One order was missing an entire pizza, and trying to reschedule a replacement with management was a difficult process. I was told the manager would brief the next shift, but upon calling to schedule the new delivery the new shift manager had no idea what had happened. More frustrating, several pizzas have had completely incorrect toppings. I've received pineapple on two separate occasions despite ordering pizzas without it, and we hate pineapple on pizza. My last order was the final straw: a simple BBQ chicken pizza arrived loaded with peppers, pineapple, and Italian sausage, all ingredients I despise and never ordered. This location appears to have operational issues and staff who seem overwhelmed or indifferent. After giving them numerous chances, I'm taking my business to local pizzerias in Fayetteville going forward. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this location, maybe Papa Johns as a whole has lost my business permanently. There are too many other, better options.

Ordered online for carryout for my daughter's class party, no one was there at 11am. When I called, they had an attitude talking about life happens and was 1 hr late to work. It would have been nice to inform your customer and not have an attitude about it. Definitely lost my family as a customer. Now imagine scrambling last minute to try to get a new pizza order for 14 hungry kindergardeners. Thanks papa John's for ruining my daughter pizza event with her class.

It says there open. But with 1 person working, @ 9:30 i think it was the doors were locked. Called, phone rang for 5 mins or so. It there are 2 real pizza spots right down the street so. I'll just continue to by pass this place.

I ordered a medium, "create your own pizza", and I was disappointed with the size and amount of proteins and vegetables used on my pizza. There was an option to pay additional for extras, but I still felt like management should have done better with the amount of proteins and vegetables I paid for. The Pizza was good...

Ordered online and thought I was getting a Philly cheesesteak pizza but in fact it was only the topping. Although it was no fault on the employee she still reached out to me to offer me a discount on my next pizza. I am honestly amazed because she was not obligated to contact me. I didn't get her name but I hope she sees this. Customer service is top tier.
