The blueberry lavender drink was a triumph! The French onion soup with sweet onion hearty beef broth with a crusty bread with salty cheese was sublime. The steak with sweet potato was perfect for lunch. The sweet potato was grilled to perfection and topped with brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Freshly baked bread was the best accompaniment. What a great way to end the week!

I travel for work, I frequently go to Outback, I ordered a Blue Moon (it’s on the menu) and an unsweet iced tea, the waiter said he would have to look see see if they have Blue Moon, okay I can live with that. Also on the menu, a combo of ribs and chicken, for the ribs, the menu showed option of full rack or half rack, I ordered the full rack with the chicken, as shown on the menu. The waiter, once again said he would have to check to see if that option is available, I said it’s listed on the menu, showed him, he said he would have to check. My reply, he’s what we’re doing, I’m paying for the beets and the iced tea and I am done. I paid, even left the guy a tip. Here’s another tip, the guy shouldn’t be a waiter, had the personality of a rock, didn’t know the menu or the items on the menu. Going somewhere else for dinner

Went here this afternoon, to meet up with a few of my friend's for lunch at 1pm. It was a couple of ours first time here. The service and atmosphere was great. The food came out hot, delicious and not long of a wait. I had ordered the outback center-cut sirloin 8oz steak, with mashed potatoes and season veggie ( broccoli). I also, like the fact they had Henzi 57 steakhouse too..because not everyone likes A1. We really enjoyed ourselves. If you are ever in the Fayetteville Ga area, definitely stop by!
The restaurant wasn’t very busy when we arrived, but the service was slow and it seemed they were short staffed. Our server was nice, but clearly overwhelmed. Almost every table around us had an issue with their food.
My steak was extremely tough, my mom’s pasta was clumped together, the fries were ridiculously salty, and the Caesar salads tasted watered down. Even the water tasted awful. We’re a family that drinks water constantly, and nobody wanted to drink it. Even my mom who doesn’t even drink asked to sip my adult beverage because the water was so nasty.
The food was consistently over-seasoned and poorly prepared. The only positive was that our server was pleasant.
The kitchen needs some serious work.

Today, my son and I visited Outback Steakhouse and unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at an Outback location.
We placed our order at approximately 4:45 PM. We ordered shrimp and broccoli as one entrée and a burger with fries as the second entrée. The restaurant was not busy at all, and there were plenty of open tables throughout the restaurant.
Approximately 15 minutes after we were seated, two separate parties were seated at two different booths. One of those customers received their appetizer by approximately 5:10 PM, while we were still waiting for our food. During this entire time, our waitress never stopped by our table to provide an update or explain the delay.
At approximately 5:25pm, the manager finally came over and informed us that the kitchen was backed up.While I understand that unexpected delays can happen, it was extremely frustrating that no one communicated this to us earlier, especially considering how slow their restaurant was doing that time.
The lack of communication and the excessive wait time made this an extremely disappointing experience. I have visited Outback restaurants before, but after this experience, I would never visit this particular location again.
Rating: 0/10
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the service and communication issues at this location
