I don’t know what cleaning products you all are using or what but this morning my hash brown is tasting like chemicals. Yesterday my fries was as well. Please check you all area or equipment. And also my orange juice taste very watered down. A waste of money for breakfast this morning.

Sidel, you were not paying attention and messed my order up. I asked for a double quarter pounder and you rang up a quarter pounder. And no it wasn’t read back to me at the window nor drive through machine. You have to do better and focus on one task.

I would appreciate if a manager could contact me regarding an incident that occurred on May 11 around 2:00 PM, preferably someone other than the manager who was working at that time. I came through the drive-through and used my app to order a $5 meal deal, which I upgraded from a small fry to a medium fry. When I arrived at the window, the young lady working drive-through told me in a rude tone that I “couldn’t do that,” even after I explained that the upgrade was already completed and paid for through the app. I was showing both the employee and the manager on my app exactly what I ordered and paid for, and everything should have already appeared correctly on their screen for the order to be packed properly. I was also missing food from my order. The employee rolled her eyes at me and aggressively handed me the bag. While I was at the window, I could hear the manager repeatedly saying, “You can’t upgrade that,” despite the fact that it was clearly upgraded in the app and fully paid for. I had already ordered ahead and waited several minutes before arriving at the drive-through, yet I still had to wait at the window for several more minutes. After realizing I was still missing items, I had to get my two young children out of the vehicle and go inside the restaurant to address the issue. Unfortunately, the manager continued to have an attitude inside the store as well, which made me feel very uncomfortable. As I was leaving, I stated that I would be contacting corporate, and the manager followed me outside afterward, which I found inappropriate, aggressive, and intimidating. Situations like this can escalate unnecessarily over something as simple as a food order. Customers should never feel intimidated or pursued outside of a business during a disagreement. I am licensed to carry and legally open carry a firearm, and thankfully I remained calm and left the property, but this situation could have become much more serious than it ever needed to be because of the employee and manager’s behavior. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and would appreciate a follow-up from upper management regarding this experience.

Its always this specific location that likes to close dine-in early. I always make my order through the app and choose dine-in, so its frustrating when I show up and I have to go through the drive-thru. If I knew that was the case, I would pick somewhere else. They don't let you refund / cancel your order online either so I'm stuck with it. :/ 20 mins later, and I'm still waiting on my food in the drive-thru. McDonald's, you need to let us cancel the orders so I can go somewhere else and not be held hostage so I don't lose my money. This is ridiculous.

If you value a good experience, don’t come here. Got off work and place a mobile order at 9:41. Showed up to the location at 10:12 and waiting in the drive through line for 45+ minutes. They couldn’t find our order, understandable, it happens. The issue came with the manager who came out with an attitude saying “did you know you’re showing up 2 hours late for your mobile order?” And just general gave us attitude. I was able to prove how long we sat in line with life 360. All of this took over an hour. I’m a food service worker myself so I completely understand being busy and getting orders lost. But there was no reason to treat us that way. You will not get good customer service here, at least from the manager.
