  I ordered my 2 sandwiches at 12:14 pm. About 20 mins later i ask how much longer? Oh they are coming up the girl says. 30 mins later I ask where my sandwiches are and why are they being made after a guy got his before me that come in 5 mins ago. Her response was we had other sandwiches. I work in the food industry, the service speed is unacceptable. Not even a sorry for your wait. Very disappointed! Will NEVER RETURN!

  The server wasn’t polite and she seemed bothered when I asked for a lid for drink because there weren’t any out.

  My boyfriend and I stopped by to get sandwiches for a concert at the nearby amphitheater. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by two polite young ladies. I got the Thai chicken wrap (it was delicious) he got a turkey sub which was good. I’m Big on customer service and they got it right. Will definitely be returning. The store was very clean as well.

  I have gone to the Fayetteville location 3 times, only one time have I walked away with food and it was not a great sandwich. The other two times they said they did not have bread made, it would be 30 minutes. Only teenagers seem to work there. The store is being managed horribly. I'm sure this location will shut down soon. The last time I went and was turned away, three people left right behind me.

  Ordered a #9 and a #9 unwhich. Staff were very nice and told my wife, "give me a sec to get you fresh lettuce fo your unwhich". Nice to know customer service is still a thing. We were both pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Fayetteville tends to be hit and miss but this was def a hit!
