  I have gone to the Fayetteville location 3 times, only one time have I walked away with food and it was not a great sandwich. The other two times they said they did not have bread made, it would be 30 minutes. Only teenagers seem to work there. The store is being managed horribly. I'm sure this location will shut down soon. The last time I went and was turned away, three people left right behind me.

  Ordered a #9 and a #9 unwhich. Staff were very nice and told my wife, "give me a sec to get you fresh lettuce fo your unwhich". Nice to know customer service is still a thing. We were both pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Fayetteville tends to be hit and miss but this was def a hit!

  No stars is what u need Not good experience it’s was like they didn’t want to make the sandwich and everything I wanted on sandwich they claim they didn’t have..they even stated there was no salt and pepper worst jimmy John I ever been too and spent money at or maybe it was time to close and they was in a hurry but still worst customer service and nasty sandwich in my opinion!!

  First time here... horrible experience to try a Gyro... The Tzatziki sauce was thin like water with no flavor... Not sure why but it was the worst experience... Why would the Tzatziki be watery? That's so wrong in all ways.... Everything else on the pita was fresh and the lady was really nice and courteous but no explanation for the watery sauce. The sauce looked nothing like the picture and taste nothing like Tzatziki. Just visiting what a big disappointment 😞

  I ordered a basic turkey sandwich and it wasn't good at all. There was a small slice of turkey with no flavor. The sandwich was merely bread, lettuce, mayonnaise, and tomatoes. I basically felt like I was eating a vegetarian sandwich. The last time I ordered a sandwich at Jimmy John's over 2 years ago I was impressed with the taste and quality of the food (McDonough Location). Apparently it depends on which location you go to. Hopefully they'll get it right at this location.
