  I absolutely love this Dunkin’ location! It’s about 25 minutes from my house but near the soccer fields for my kids, but I would honestly make the drive just for the friendly faces and how welcoming everyone is. The shop is so nice, the employees are always kind, and my coffee tastes great every time. I also have a dairy allergy, and whipped cream was accidentally added to my drink today. They fixed it right away and were so thoughtful about it, which I really appreciated. Just such a great little dunkin' shop with wonderful people. I’m so thankful for this location and will definitely keep coming back! ☕❤️

  Order was almost completely wrong. Wrong cheese in a sandwich. Egg in a sandwich we asked for no egg. Missing sandwich. Only received one of two hashbrowns and my coffee had sugar not Splenda a requested. I stopped physically going to this Dunkin yrs ago due to same reason. Apparently This is the only dunkin close to me that door dashes. Won't be door dashing Dunkin. I’ll stick to going in person to the one by the middle school

  Nothing was made correctly, the staff does not listen to the instructions or does not care. either way this location does not compare to the others in Fayetteville.

  I ordered four iced coffees through the drive-thru two decaf and two regular, each with different flavors. When I received them, all four order stickers were stuck on a single cup, so none of the drinks were labeled and I had no way to tell them apart. Since they were going to different people, I had to park, go inside, and ask the staff to remake them. They remade the order but when making the decaf coffees, the staff used half water and half regular iced coffee from the regular tap instead of pouring from the decaf tap. When I asked about it, I was told it was decaf. Watering down regular coffee does not make it decaf it still contains caffeine, just a diluted amount. To make it worse, the regular coffees were poured from that same tap, so there was clearly no decaf being used at all. This is a serious issue. For anyone who avoids caffeine due to pregnancy, a heart condition, anxiety, medication interactions, or other medical reasons being served caffeinated coffee disguised as decaf isn't a minor mix-up it can genuinely affect their health. The fact that a staff member believed watering down regular coffee counts as decaf points to a real gap in training. Please make sure your team understands the difference and uses the decaf tap when a customer orders decaf.

  This is my favorite place to come get coffee. I typically stop every night to get my coffee so that I won’t have to stop in the morning due to the traffic being so bad but I have to say. The people on Night Shift are so sweet and respectable, and there are some all morning shift as well, but today was the worst The worst customer service ever got a girl named Chloep with all these nose piercings first off the attitude approach was awful she was texting on her phone the whole time never said good morning kept mopping Finally she looks up I said good morning I feel like some people should not even be working. If you’re not a morning person you don’t have good customer service. Please don’t work the front counter. Ask them to put you in the back to prep. Better yet just don’t even apply for the job Her attitude was very, very bad, even upon remaking the coffee as I was trying to tell her to make the coffee she still choose it to make it the way that she wanted to which ended up giving me a whole cup of milk versus coffee Then I was questioning whether or not I bought the coffee there with Receipt in hand I shouldn’t have to be asked 1000 questions as though I stole a cup of coffee I’ve been dealing with this DUNKIN for almost 16 years in the way that I was treated today. I would never be back. Chloe, you have no manners The manager, Jasmin has the best Customer Service ever if I choose to come back, it will only be because of the Manager
