  For years, Chick‑fil‑A has been a model of excellence. That’s why it pains me to say that the quality at our local store has slipped — especially with the Cobb Salad. The last several orders have arrived with wilted lettuce, reduced portions of eggs and ham, and tomatoes so small they barely register. Two recent salads had almost no ham at all. These may seem like small details, but they speak to a larger issue of quality control. I recognize that cooking protocols have changed, and many of us can taste that shift. But the inconsistency in salad preparation has made it difficult to trust what we’ll receive. Out of respect for our time and expectations, we’ve begun getting our salads from Publix, where the quality has been steady. I share this not to criticize, but to encourage a return to the standards that once defined the Chick‑fil‑A experience.

  This was the 1st Chick-fil-A I've ever been to where no one greeted me. 😢 There were 3 people out front, 2 were Cashiers & 1 was standing in front of the Pick-up area. I stood behind her for about 3 minutes to pick up my order, & she just walked away to get on her phone & talk to one of the cashiers. They both looked at me & then walked away. 😭 & this was my 1st time coming to this specific location too.

  10:56:30 am, 4/21/2016 This girl name ALLY (with a lisp) at the drive thru was so rude to my family n I, she's very impatient, sarcastic, she rolled her eyes, and even yells at us rushing us while taking our order at the drive thru line. Than as we drove back she was gossiping about it like she's right. She needs to work at Mc Donald's. I might even call corporate. Unacceptable

  I use to like coming to this location but it seems that every time I come, recently, there’s something wrong with my order. This morning my hash browns look like they barely hit grease. When I asked if I could have them cooked more I overheard the manager telling the cashier “we don’t do that here”! What do you mean. I’m literally asking for cooked food. And not mushy hash browns. It’s too early to mess up breakfast! It’s the start of the day! Do better! (Forgot to mention that my biscuit was cold but I didn’t ask for another one just reheat when I get home, which I shouldn’t have to do, being I just left the drive through) Thanks for ruining my breakfast this morning! Hope you have a better day !

  Drove out of our way to enjoy this unique experience and I'm sad to say it was disappointing on several fronts. First, both restrooms were in need of attention, including refilling paper towels in the men's. The cleanliness of both restrooms left a lot to be desired. To their credit, management assigned someone to clean them after I mentioned to the manager but allowing these area to get in bad shape to begin with doesn't inspire confidence that other areas are well kept. The fact that there were at least 3 workers sitting at tables on break, including 1 that appeared to be sleeping didn't help the optics either. Of course, the workers need a break but perception is often reality. Our server was kind and explained how the Dwarf House was different than other locations and her attention throughout our meal was good. The food itself was ok but several items were overcooked or perhaps they sat under a heat lamp too long. Normally when you dine in, the food is hot and fresh and that simply wasn't the case. Overall, it just wasn't worth the extra effort to visit here and was perhaps one of the least pleasurable experiences I've had at a Chick-fil-A. Maybe it was an off day and it certainly won't prevent me from visiting other locations because even on their "off days," Chick-fil-A beats all the other fast food establishments.
