My app doesn’t account for my child’s birthday but mine so that was disappointing. Meanwhile my child’s picture hangs on their wall pretending to be a friendly environment for kids. So my child is supposed to have the app??? Sad.

We asked for pints. They are half-packed compared to other Baskin Robbins we have been too. Definitely will not be back. If my daughter didn't really want her ice cream, I would be asking for a refund.

I asked for a new cone, they took it then came back and told me that’s just how it taste. So I asked for a refund on just the cone and I was told no because I used Apple Pay. i didn’t ask for the entire order to be refunded. I don’t understand why I couldn’t get cash considering the transaction had already gone through. So the end result was basically oh well.. I will never go to this location again.

He looked at me and you can tell he didn't want to take the item out of the bag. I'm not going to pay for the wrong donut. By the way, there are no donuts on the menu at the call box. When I saw the donut and said that's not the one, another employee, a female came to the window and asked what flavor and again I said a dark chocolate donut with white icing. She said we have it and I asked can I see it? She said yeah, we'll bring it. I said ok but can I see it. I literally had to ask to see what kind 4 x!!! She became really annoyed with me for asking to see something B4 paying. These young kids do not know what customer service really is. It's not your money that's being spent, it's ours. Next time, drop the attitude and allow the customers to see an item B4 paying for it

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?
Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?

You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
