  I don't typically eat at Arby's, but I decided to make a quick stop for some fries. The drive-thru service was pleasant from start to finish. The young woman who took my order was kind, patient, and didn't make me feel rushed, even though I took a little extra time deciding what to order. The fries were fresh and hot, which I really appreciated. I also tried the Peach Cobbler Rolls. They were decent, but I probably wouldn't order them again because there wasn't enough filling, and they didn't look like the photo advertised. The young lady at the drive-thru window greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I will most definitely be back to try more items on another visit.

  The Customer Service at this location is unbelievably excellent. Most fast food places could care less about Customer Service. They are trying to get you in and out not this location. This team did a phenomenal job.

  I recently visited the Arby’s on Highway 85 at Tiger Trail in Fayetteville, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. First, I want to commend the staff. The customer service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The ordering experience was also impressive. The menu board presentation was so appealing that everything looked absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the advertising. I ordered the Angus Beef Cheesesteak, and it looked nothing like the sandwich displayed on the menu board. The generous layers of beef shown in the photos were nowhere to be found. Instead, the sandwich was overwhelmingly filled with an overwhelming cheese mixture where the meat was soaringly added. It created a disproportionate balance that made it difficult to enjoy. The flavor and texture were disappointing. It was like eating a tuna sandwich as opposed to eating a cheese steak. This ended up being one of the least enjoyable sandwiches I’ve had at Arby’s. I am a fan of Arby’s and have had so many past opinions that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed but this was the worst. What made it even more frustrating was the price. After spending approximately $17 , expected a much higher-quality product and a sandwich that resembled what was advertised. I also had the peach rolls which was more wrap than peach. I didn’t find one single slice peach in the two rolls- which added to the disappointment. While I was disappointed with the food. I was pleased with the staff, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The Angus Beef Cheesesteak and peach rolls was a major letdown. Based on this experience, I would not recommend those menu items and will likely take a break from Arby’s until some improvements are made. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
