The young gentleman working the drive-thru was so polite and helpful. A Real gem. Our order was correct. The soda was weak, and he noticed it and was helpful substituting in right away. So polite also.

I don't typically eat at Arby's, but I decided to make a quick stop for some fries. The drive-thru service was pleasant from start to finish. The young woman who took my order was kind, patient, and didn't make me feel rushed, even though I took a little extra time deciding what to order. The fries were fresh and hot, which I really appreciated. I also tried the Peach Cobbler Rolls. They were decent, but I probably wouldn't order them again because there wasn't enough filling, and they didn't look like the photo advertised. The young lady at the drive-thru window greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I will most definitely be back to try more items on another visit.
