  Not sure what the deal is with Whataburger. Literally every visit (3 different locations, two different states) I’ve waited an insanely long time in the drive thru. Every time either myself or the cars in front of me are asked to pull up/over to wait for some item in the order. This location was no different. Two cars ahead of us were asked to pull up and wait. We waited at the window while the cashier ran out to both cars empty handed and then finally with orders… Third strike, Whataburger. I am out.

  This place has got to go. Food doesn’t taste good. Isn’t satisfying. Overpriced for what it is. Employees like to move slow over here and talk over people’s food when making it. Place needs to shut down indefinitely. Don’t make this again. Don’t come hear.

  Always a long wait.......EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Did a mobile order 40mins ago and i still waited in the drive thru for over 20mins. Absolutely insanity. And then my food be wrong, but my frustration/hunger wont allow me to even go back and risk another 20mins of my life. I keep giving them a chance but I literally cant deal.

  This restaurant is not good. Food tastes like weird stuff and inside restaurant is always dirty. Employees there take too long to make food and look unsanitary. Food comes out with trash from the prep table and the employees there like to talk over the ingredients while making the food for people. Inside has a weird smell too. Just get rid of this restaurant.

  My recent morning visit here was an absolute disaster. Despite only two cars being in the drive-thru line, we had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for our food. The service was incredibly poor. The young man taking our order was completely dismissive, asking me to repeat a simple single-meal order (no eggs) twice, and failed to provide a receipt. He even handed me my soft drink in a coffee cup instead of a normal cup. When I finally got our food, the quality was pathetic. The sandwich was bone-dry, and the cheese was paper-thin and looked like plastic.
