  Horrible time waited over 55+ min on a Saturday to get food and they had an attitude they were short staff. Didn’t even offer a freebie still kept my food and payed full price.

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would do so. I recently tried to use a coupon that they gave me during a previous visit where they completely messed up my order. The coupon had a listed expiration date of 9-30-26, however on 8-24-26, I was told they couldn't accept it. While placing the order in the drive through I told the cashier the coupon that I had and she took my order and I waited almost 10 minutes in line for them to tell me at the window that the coupon wasn't active. The service is always lacking at this location.

  I attempted to pay with my Apple Pay card money was deducted, but she assisted that it wasn’t paid for. I ended up having to pay with my Visa, which means I paid double, she insisted that my money to my Apple Pay card would Reappear within a couple hours did not happen.

  We asked our daughter where she wanted to go for her birthday, she said “Whataburger!” They made her feel so special and cared for! The food and service are always good but it was the hospitality that will make us keep coming back!

  ⭐ Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience I went through the Whataburger drive-thru and ended up sitting there for 15–20 minutes waiting. For a fast-food restaurant, that’s way too long to be stuck in a drive-thru with no real explanation for the delay. I understand restaurants get busy, but if the wait is going to be that long, customers should at least be informed about what’s going on. The whole purpose of using the drive-thru is convenience and speed. Definitely a frustrating experience, and I hope management works on improving the drive-thru service and wait times.
