  ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star I have tried to give this Whataburger location multiple chances, but the experience continues to be disappointing. The biggest issue is consistency. Coffee is advertised and sold by Whataburger, yet this location regularly does not have coffee available. Today I was told that coffee was no longer available because breakfast was over. This has been an ongoing problem since this store opened. Customer service is also lacking. When I asked to speak with management regarding a recurring issue, I was left feeling like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than something worth addressing. Customers should never feel ignored when bringing legitimate concerns to management’s attention. The food quality itself is usually fine, but the wait times are excessive. Whether you order inside, through the drive-thru, or through the mobile app, be prepared to wait much longer than expected. Mobile ordering does not seem to improve the process at all. If you are on a schedule, I would honestly recommend arriving much earlier than necessary because there is a good chance your order will take significantly longer than anticipated. This location has potential, but management needs to focus on customer service, operational efficiency, product availability, and overall accountability. Until those issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this location to others.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes bc it was backed up. When I finally got to the window, my order was given to someone else, so it had to be remade. Waited another 15 minutes just to get my food which was subpar. Even though the service was garbage, I remained polite. There is no reason the manager should have had to stress that orders needed to be going out.

  I ate at this establishment back in April was not satisfied with order when I received it did not touch meal ask for refund at dine in order never received refund I have contacted customer service & the store several times & no one has been able to refund me everyone is acting clueless in this economy I shouldn’t have to let my $15 go .being that this is a franchise customer service is not helpful I need the operation manger to reach out Affrika collier to rectify situation
