  I came into the store around 930pm on 08/26/2026. I placed my order with a young lady who was so nice. I was told my order will be ready in 15 minutes. So i decide to wait in my car and finish my phone call until my order was ready. 15 minutes pass I got out of my car and notice a tall, skinny guy with glasses locking the door. I said hey i need to pick up my food. He look and wave me off and still lock the door. the knock on the door and he look at me and walk off toward the back. So i knock again another young man and the lady who rang me up got my food and tried to bring it to me and unlock the door. The guy who knock the door grab my pizza threw it on the register and told the guy "you betta not open this door" the other grab my food and handle me the order. The gut was very rude and disrespectful.

  I always receive amazing customer service at the Pizza Hut in Fairburn! The entire staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming every time I visit. A special thank you to the manager, Jr., who is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience. Their leadership and dedication truly show in the outstanding service the team provides. Keep up the excellent work!

  Unbelievably rude manager. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a manager in my life. The lady who runs this Fairburn location has a terrible attitude and zero customer service skills. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually treat human beings with respect. Absolutely awful.

  The food here is good. However, the workers are very rude especially over the phone. The owner needs to fire and rehire some people who actually know how to do customer service. I called because I placed an online order and the time on the order was put in for a time that I couldn't pick up so I called the store to change the pickup time to an existing order. The lady that I spoke with was extremely rude to me and had an attitude because I asked her to change the time.

  This place is extremely dirty. The floors stick and make a suction noise which I’m fighting to lift my feet. Obviously not painted in a long time. Countertops filthy, and goo goobs of dust and obvious dirt. Glass signage, dirty, and visible signs of handprints and mass accumulation of dirt. Some people would say or wonder… why would you want to eat there. Truthfully, I turned to walk away but the thought of how awesome the food is held me there. Nostalgia set in and the prayers came out. Bless your food and that I surely did🪽👼👼👼
