  The food here is good. However, the workers are very rude especially over the phone. The owner needs to fire and rehire some people who actually know how to do customer service. I called because I placed an online order and the time on the order was put in for a time that I couldn't pick up so I called the store to change the pickup time to an existing order. The lady that I spoke with was extremely rude to me and had an attitude because I asked her to change the time.

  This place is extremely dirty. The floors stick and make a suction noise which I’m fighting to lift my feet. Obviously not painted in a long time. Countertops filthy, and goo goobs of dust and obvious dirt. Glass signage, dirty, and visible signs of handprints and mass accumulation of dirt. Some people would say or wonder… why would you want to eat there. Truthfully, I turned to walk away but the thought of how awesome the food is held me there. Nostalgia set in and the prayers came out. Bless your food and that I surely did🪽👼👼👼

  I am disappointed not only with this specific location but with Pizza Hut’s pricing in general. Charging $28 for 18 wings, plus an additional $4 for ranch, is excessive. I will be looking for another pizza chain to support in the future.

  This one is for the owner: How could you pay your employees to destroy your business? Cause that's EXACTLY what you are doing! We ordered food at 10pm, we never received the order, so we called and the female who answers the phone kept hanging up on us, and refused to answer the phone! Now see what we're going to do is report FRAUD on our debit card! Cause your company took funds and never delivered and refused to answer! Then we will report your company to pizza hut corporate! Cause also as a franchise, you still have a reputation and certain quality of service you must uphold and sustain! Now is the time someone shows you how to be responsible and take accountability for your incompetent employees actions!

  Do not order from here.. I’ve given them chance after chance and it’s just worth the trouble. I’ve paid extra for original pan and gotten normal crust. Today they straight up did not even deliver the pizza. The delivery person assigned by their app texted me that they waited 45 min and were going to leave because they were losing money waiting around for my order. I’ve called the store and no one is picking up (trying yo get my money back). It’s unfortunate to see pizza huts shut down everywhere because of their poor customer service. If you live in the area I would recommend the Pizza Hut in Senoia, they have better service.
