- AAashalee albarJun 12, 20261.0I had an awful experience at Papa John's. The in-person service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The wait time was unreasonably long, after standing at the counter for at least 5 minutes the staff made no eye contact, no acknowledgement, just walking back and forth like I didn't even exist and I watched them do it again to the person who came in after me. I watched customers leave out of frustration. The staff showed absolutely no regard for customers. Their attitude was cold, inconsiderate, and unapologetic throughout the entire interaction. It seemed like they did not want to be there or help anyone. Instead of addressing concerns, they came across as dismissive and unfriendly. Customer service should involve basic respect and courtesy, but that was completely lacking during my visit. I left disappointed not only by the service but by the overall atmosphere. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I ran out in tears they were so rude and degrading at this location!!!

Not only will they cancel delivery, but if you order via the app for carry out, they will call you back and say the ovens are not working more than twice. Don’t use this store, if possible don’t use Papa John’s at all they don’t respect their customers/
