  I have tried to give this Papa John’s location chance after chance, but unfortunately, the customer service continues to be consistently disappointing. I’ve complained to corporate before, received discounts because of previous experiences, and still returned hoping things would improve. Today was another example of why I’m frustrated. I sent my daughters inside to ask what specials were available. Instead of simply explaining the current promotions, the employee told them, “The specials are online,” and sent them back out. I went inside myself and asked, “What are the specials for today? Don’t you work here?” Her response was that I could scan the QR code and look them up because she didn’t know. That is unacceptable customer service. If you are working a shift at a restaurant, especially as one of the more senior employees on duty, you should have at least a basic understanding of what your store is currently offering—or make an effort to find out for the customer. The store wasn’t even busy, yet she appeared overwhelmed and completely uninterested in helping. What made it even more disappointing was watching the younger employees there while the person who should have been setting the example demonstrated the exact opposite of good customer service. This location has an ongoing problem with employees either horseplaying, acting as though customers are inconveniencing them, or simply seeming like they do not want to be there. I understand that food service can be stressful, but professionalism, product knowledge, and basic courtesy should still be expected. I keep coming back because this location is convenient to my home and I genuinely want to support businesses in my area, but something has to change with the management, training, and overall culture of this store. Customers should not have to contact corporate repeatedly just to receive decent service.

  Pizza crust was dry and hard made of old dough and manager was unprofessional.

  I had an awful experience at Papa John's. The in-person service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The wait time was unreasonably long, after standing at the counter for at least 5 minutes the staff made no eye contact, no acknowledgement, just walking back and forth like I didn't even exist and I watched them do it again to the person who came in after me. I watched customers leave out of frustration. The staff showed absolutely no regard for customers. Their attitude was cold, inconsiderate, and unapologetic throughout the entire interaction. It seemed like they did not want to be there or help anyone. Instead of addressing concerns, they came across as dismissive and unfriendly. Customer service should involve basic respect and courtesy, but that was completely lacking during my visit. I left disappointed not only by the service but by the overall atmosphere. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I ran out in tears they were so rude and degrading at this location!!!
